Ke Luo just held his knees with his hands and sat still. He looked at Shu Nian with his red eyes and didn't intend to stand up.

Shu Nian went toward Ke Lou, stretched out his hands and touched his head affectionately. He prepared his mind to get ready to accept Ke Luo's complaints and did his best to comfort Ke Luo: "I'm really sorry that I'm late. I don't mean it. This afternoon, I suddenly..."

Ke Luo suddenly pounced on Shu Nian. The huge momentum made Shu Nian slightly moved backwards and he instinctively held on Ke Luo's shoulders. The young man tightened his slender strong arms around Shu Nian's waist and affixed his head to Shu Nian's abdomen.

"It's okay. I'm glad you come..."

"I am really sorry."

"I'm glad you come..." The young man murmured sadly and his tight hold was quite painful, "I thought you wouldn't come...you don't want to see me..."

"How could I." Shu Nian clumsily touched Ke Lou's head, "You are freezing. Your face is so cold. Let's go into the house. It will be bad if you catch a cold."

Shu Nian had forgotten that he was having a high fever. He only though that Ke Luo was frozen since his palm was cold once he touched Ke Luo's face.

As expected, Ke Luo' house was warmer than outside. There were a few untouched dishes that had turned cold on the long table in the living room. Apparently Ke Luo had been waiting for him and he didn't even eat the rice.

"Are you hungry? I'll reheat the dishes. It won't be good to your stomach if you don't eat anything by this time..."

Shu Nian didn't even know either he was cold or hot. His was slightly sweating on his forehead. He took off his coat feebly since he wanted to enter the kitchen.

"No need. I'm not hungry...Just stay with me..." Ke Luo hugged Shu Nian. Shu Nian didn't know if it was an illusion caused by his weariness but he suddenly felt Ke Luo that was standing in front of him was stronger and taller.

"Okay..." Shu Nian took the opportunity to slowly sit down on the sofa since his dizziness was getting worst. He could only look at Ke Luo who was half kneeling on the carpet in front of him. Ke Luo didn't say anything and he was holding Shu Nian tightly since he was afraid that Shu Nian might go away.
