Lauren walked in hand in hand with her girlfriend, Lucy.

She was too distracted to even notice Camila preparing to sing but as soon as Camila began to sing Lauren instantly recognized that beautifully smooth voice that always managed to captivate her and soon she was staring in awe taking in the beautiful sight that was her ex girlfriend

Flashback

"Lo, stop staring at me.. creep" Camila said with a smirk

"I will, as soon as you stop being so fucking beautiful.." Lauren responded as she proceeded to stare longingly at her girlfriend

Camila smiled and slapped Lauren's arm while blushing "stop that.. you're so annoying stop being so cute"

Camila and Lauren then proceeded to warm up together, after awhile Lauren stopped and just watched Camila in awe

Camila took notice of how Lauren stopped singing just to watch her so she purposefully stared at Lauren right back  while putting her hand under Lauren's chin and proceeded to sing the rest of the song

We raise a bet cause you're the joker
Checked off, you are a chalk

Camila proceeded to serenade Lauren but put extra emphasis on the next part

"Hey hoes-- oh oh I'm sorry ill leave" Dinah came inside unannounced and proceeded to interrupt the moment between Camila and Lauren who at this point separated and shot daggers at Dinah with their eyes

"It's fine, Dinah. Come in" Camila said as Lauren rolled her eyes and pouted

Flashback off

"Lauren? Hello come back to earth" Lucy said trying to get her girlfriends attention

Lauren snapped out of it "oh sorry, what were you saying?"

The two continued talking as they walked toward Dinah who was on her phone snap chatting while Camila sound checked

"Hey Dinah sorry we're so late"

"It's okay, do you mind if we sit here until Camila finishes? I promised to wait for her" Dinah said

Lauren knew that Dinah would make it her mission to put Camila and Lauren in the same room at all costs apparently she made a promise to the fandom to "go down with this ship" if necessary "yeah I don't mind if we wait here would she be okay with it, though?"

"Um, babe.. I rather not sit here and watch you watch your ex sing.." Lucy chimed in

"thankfully, your opinion doesn't matter...." Dinah said only loud enough for Lauren to hear and shoot her a glare before addressing her girlfriend "we can leave if you want to, but it shouldn't take that long since we're scheduled to soundcheck in a few so I rather stay"

"Fine.." Lucy said as she sat beside Lauren with her arms crossed on her chest

Camila continued singing until she noticed Dinah had been accompanied by two more familiar faces only to stutter as she recognized and saw Lauren looking right back at her smiling

She immediately became a nervous wreck but she finished her set and made her way towards Dinah and Lauren

Oh and Lucy was there too

Anyway ...

Lauren started sweating bullets as soon as she saw Camila approaching them

"Hey guys! How are you?" Camila said surprisingly confidently considering the fact that she was two words away from having an asthma attack

Camila doesn't have asthma

Lauren smiled and proceeded to awkwardly side hug Camila "hey, camz- I mean, Camila"
Lauren said as her cheeks turned red almost immediately after she spoke

Lucy was not amused at the interaction but proceeded to wave at Camila and smile all while putting her arm around Lauren protectively

Dinah couldn't have been more amused at the interaction "awww camrenah back in action cute" as she pulled Camila and Lauren into a big bear hug Camila proceeded to cup Lauren's hand and rub her thumb over Lauren's hand

Lucy cleared her throat and finally Dinah detached herself from the group hug Lauren kept her arm around Camila for longer than she had to and only let go when Lucy cleared her throat again

Lauren let go of Camila and both took a step away from each other simultaneously 

All four stood there in silence until Camila spoke up "well it's good to see you guys I'm gonna head back to my hotel to get ready, bye Lauren and Dinah I'll see you tonight at Drake's party?"  Dinah nodded and they proceeded to hug until they went their separate ways

Hours later

Camila arrived to the red carpet wearing an expensive, black Balmain dress that perfectly accentuated  her infamous Cuban butt along with black louboutins and silver diamond incrusted jewelry 

Fifth Harmony arrived soon after; Ally was wearing a red velvet dress with black shoes, Normani was wearing a tight black dress with black shoes, Lauren was wearing an expensive Versace dress with black stilettos, and Dinah was wearing a a pantsuit that hugged her curves perfectly with black stilettos as well

After posing for pictures Camila proceeded to get interviewed by some familiar interviewers:

"Camila!! Can we talk to you for a few minutes"  Chelsea said waving her arms to get Camila's attention

Camila noticed, greeted and hugged Chelsea "hey chels, of course! What's up?"

"First of all, congratulations on the nominations and the performance i'm so proud of you!" Chelsea disclosed

Camila blushed and smiled while looking down avoiding eye contact "thank you so much I appreciate it a lot"

"Okay enough with the emo stuff, let's get to the good part!" Chelsea proceeded "I'm sure you're aware that your former group is performing tonight as well, which performance are you most excited to see tonight?"

Camila smiled and nodded " yeah I'm actually really excited to see fifth harmony perform I'm sure  they're gonna kill it and I can't wait to see it!" Camila answered honestly

"That's awesome I'm glad there's no bad blood there. Is it safe to say that you're all still friends?"  

"Umm, there's still definitely a lot of love and respect there we don't really get to see each other often considering the circumstances, so yeah but we're definitely all still friendly. Love only, always!"  Camila said as she mentally gave herself a high five for not saying something controversial

"Speaking of, look who just got here!" Chelsea said as she pointed at Camila's former group members approaching her in a hurry
