Prologue

"Will you marry me?" Andrew got on one knee and proposed to his girlfriend Mila.
"Yes" Mila said looking at the gorgeous diamond ring being placed on her finger. It was as if someone bought her a ticket to her favorite vacation. This vacation was  with the person she loved and they would live here for eternity. Oh wait that will be the rest of her life. A paradise. Andrew picked up Mila and spun her around kissing her soft lips.
"I'm so happy to be spending the rest of my life with you" Andrew whispers in Mila's ear.
"You make me the happiest girl in the world" Mila replies pulling away from her lover. The happy couple walks back to their car hand in hand. Andrew to propose to his beautiful girlfriend he found a private beach and the sun was setting. He thought this would be the perfect place to begin the rest of his life with his love. Andrew and Mila got in the car and began driving to their shared apartment.
"How did i get so lucky to meet the perfect girl?" Andrew asks as he looks at the sky while the car was stopped at a red light
"It wasn't luck it was fate" Mila whispered and Andrew smiled at her
A few more minutes passed and they were at the apartment. The first thing Mila did was call her family that she just got engaged. Her family was so happy for her . Mila soon hung up with the last person she had to call, her brother.
"What about your dad?" Andrew asked afraid of the answer
"You know i haven't spoken to him in years" Mila said to Andrew getting a little bit upset
"Mila you should talk to him come on it's been years. I'm sure he would be over joyed that his daughter is getting married" Andrew said carefully stepping closer to Mila
"He doesn't care about me and you know it!" Mila yelled and got more angry
"Shhhhh baby it's ok I'm sorry i brought him up. This is supposed to be a happy day." Andrew says as he takes Mila's hands and rubs her knuckles with his thumbs lightly. This always calmed Mila down.
"I'm sorry he gets me really upset at just the thought of him. I shouldn't have yelled like that" Mila apologizes for her behavior
"It's ok baby it was my fault. Hey let's go watch a movie and then go to bed" Andrew suggests and Mila suggests
The couple sits on the couch.
"TV please bring up the movie selection" Andrew commands
"Yes Andrew sir anything for you" The TV replies and pulls up any movie you can think of.
"What would you like to watch?" Andrew asks Mila
Mila chooses a sci-fi movie they've never watched before. After the movie, the couple goes to bed.
----------1 year later-------------
"I now pronounce you husband and wife you may kiss the bride," the priest says as Andrew leans down to kiss his now beloved wife and she kisses him back. The wedding ends and the couple is radiant the entire night. Andrew and Mila party the rest of the night with their guests and they have a great time. Mila finally feels like a princess at a ball ,every little girls dream. Andrew feels like a prince with his princess ready to take over the kingdom. Then, in the early dawn of morning the guests all leave and the bride and groom head off to bed.
"Tonight was perfect," Andrew says as he leans down to kiss his now wife. Mila kissed Andrew back and then says
"Yes it was thank you so much for making me feel like a princess tonight," Mila says sheepishly with a child like grin on her face
"Babe you deserve to feel like a princess every day because you will always be a princess to me," Andrew replies and grabs both of Mila's hands and dips her to kiss her once again. After that, the happy bride and groom get in their pajamas and go to bed.
----------3 months later----------
"Babe come in here," Mila announces from the bathroom after taking a pregnancy test.
"What is it?"Andrew questions as he rushes into the bathroom where Mila is standing now in tears...of joy. Mila hugs Andrew and shows him the test, which was positive.
"I'm going to be a father?" Andrew questions as he picks up his now pregnant wife and spins her around just like he did the night they got engaged.
"Yes and I'm going to be a mother," Mila cries into her hands once she was put down.
"I'm so happy," Andrew announces and Mila nods at a loss of words for the great news. Mila and Andrew spend the next seven months getting ready for their baby girl. Both parents are so excited for their first child and to start creating a family of their own.

This ordinary day changed their entire lives in more way than one.

Hello this is my first science fiction book I've ever written. Also, this story has elements of romance in it too. This book is also kind of based on the movie Passengers. This book is not the exact same but the movie inspired the idea for this story.
