Hotch sat down with the boys and JJ stood up to give room for other people. She turned around to look at the menu. She was thinking about what to get and what the boys would like. She turned around to ask Hotch what he would want, but when she looked he was sleeping too.

People who were walking into the restaurant smiled and pointed out Hotch and the boys. JJ was happy to talk with the people who would ask her if she knew them. She would explain how the boys didn't sleep last night because they were so excited. Then they would ask about Hotch and she would tell them that he carried them around all morning.

After a few more minutes the buzzer went off. JJ woke up Hotch, who carried the boys to the table. When he reached the table, he woke them up. "Where do you guys want to sit?" He asked. "I want to sit by Jack." Henry replied. "Ok." The boys sat on one side of the booth and Hotch and JJ on the other side.

Under the table, Hotch reached for JJ's hand as she reached for his. He squeezed it before grabbing his menu. "What are you going to have Jack?" "A cheeseburger with some mac and cheese." he replied. Henry looked up from his menu. "I'm going to have that too." "Ok. What about you JJ?" "I'll have the same as the boys." she smiled and they laughed. "I think I'm going to have a bacon cheeseburger with some fries." He smiled.

They ordered their food and drinks when the waiter came along. The boys colored the menu which had coloring pages. JJ and Hotch just talked about random things, tell the food arrived. They talked about everything and shared their food with each other.

Once they left the restaurant, Henry saw some pigeons. He looked at Hotch. "Can I go on your shoulders so I can be a pigeon?" "Can Jack have a turn? Then later on you can become the pigeon." "Ok." Henry said. Hotch lifted Jack up and place him on his shoulders.

They went to the crocodile crook next. Henry got scared and ran to JJ. Jack whispered in Hotch's ear. "Let me down and put Henry here. He will be less scared." "Ok." Hotch put Jack on the ground and picked up Henry.

"Are you ok Henry?" "Now I am. Thanks Uncle Aaron." "No problem buddy." For the rest of the day, Hotch carried Henry on his shoulders. Before they went home, they stopped at the gift store. Hotch took Henry off his shoulders so he could pick out some toys.

Henry picked out a giraffe stuffed animal and Jack picked out a crocodile one. JJ found matching tee shirts, which she got for all of them. Hotch found a hat which had a giraffe on it. Hotch payed for all of the stuff before JJ could protest.

Henry asked for a piggy back ride which Hotch gave him. JJ carried the bags while Hotch carried Henry on his back. They got in the car and Hotch drove home. Once they got there, Hotch turned around to help the boys.

JJ grabbed the bags and Hotch picked up one boy at a time and held them so they could continue to sleep. JJ opened the door for Hotch and he place them in their beds. JJ gave them the stuffed animals they got and kissed them on the foreheads.

JJ came back to the couch were Hotch was sitting. "Hey, thanks for carrying Henry the whole day." "No problem, it was fun to carry him around." She patted his shoulder then sat down and snuggled up next to Hotch.

He put his arm around her and kissed her on the head. "I love you Jennifer." "I love you Aaron." She turned and kissed him on the lips. She laid her head on his shoulder. "The boys had their turn sleeping on your shoulder. Now its my turn." she laughed.

He hugged her closer and let her sleep. They fell asleep in each other's arms.
