Section 1. Resolution of Issues – The DTI shall have the authority to resolve any issues or conflict that may arise between or among government agencies resulting from the reassignment of inspection and/or certification authorities provided for the PD 930.
Section 2. Appeal – any agency not satisfied with the decision of the DTI may elevate the issue to the NEDA within fifteen (15) days form the receipt of notice thereof, provided, that failure to elevate the issue/conflict within this period shall render the resolution of the DTI final and executor.
