You, Laura, and Z stood arm in arm in front of the hotels ballroom doorway. Lights and party music blared from the inside.
"I'm not ready." You said frozen in fear.
"Yes you are." Said Laura.
"You got this girl." Z said as they both opened the door for you.
You entered with the both of them waving to some of the other extras.
You smiled at some girls you knew, but kept looking for Tom.
"Over here!" Z whispered in your ear.
She and Laura pulled you to a group of boys.
You recognized Haz, Tony and Jacob and smiled at them.
Your heart skipped a beat as you saw Tom, facing Haz.
Haz looked up at you over Tom's shoulder and his eyes went wide.
He said something to Tom, and he turned around to face you.
His eyes lit up, and an adorable smile spread across his face.
He stood there, until Jacob laughed and pushed him towards you.
"Hi." You said with smile, your cheeks turning a rosy pink.
"H-h-hi. You, you look great." He said with a grin.
"Thanks Z and Laura helped." You said smiling at them as they walked over to the boys.
Tom stared at you, he seemed like he wanted to say something.
You looked down.
"Would you like to dance?" Tom asked gently, as the music began a slow song.
"I'd love to." You said smiling.
He took your hand leading you to the dance floor.

You recognized the song and held back tears.
"This is the last time I'm gonna see him for months." You thought in your head.
He put his arms around your waist and you put yours around his neck, leaning your head gently against his chest.
Swaying to the rhythm you thought, "This isn't going to work. He's leaving and you're leaving. He's going to find someone else. . "
"Y/N?" He said with his dreamy accent.
"Yes?" You said looking up at him.
"Hey, Y/N.. Are you okay?. .?" He said see you had been crying.
"I'm.. I'm fine. . "You lied, looking down.
He moved one of his hands from your waist to your chin lifting it up.
"What's the matter..?" He said in almost a whisper.
"It's just. . I'm going to miss y..the cast." You lied.
"I'm.. I mean.. We're going to miss you to." He said gazing into your eyes.
"Promise me you'll call once in awhile?" You asked tears streaming down your cheeks.
"I promise. But can I do something before you go?" He said.
"Wha-" You started to say but he cut you off with a kiss.
Your lips moved perfectly together.
You pulled back slightly, staring into his eyes.
"Y/N, I've like you since the first day I saw you on set. Please don't leave." He said holding your hands.
"I've liked you to, Tom." You said kissing him again.

"How could I face the faceless days
If I should lose you now?

And almost believing this was not pretend
