1 week later:

Its one more week till I see Conor again and I'm really exited,I've missed him a lot

Me and joe were watching a movie when I started to get really bad pains,I clentch my belly trying to not make to much of a fuss

I whimpered in pain making joe look at me

"Are you okay" he asked sitting up

"Yeah" I say standing up and going to the toilet,suddenly my water broke and the pain was unbearable

"No no not now not till Conor comes home" I say to myself now crying because of the pain,joe came running through

"Joe my water broke" I say holding my stomach

"Shit okay" joe said running and putting on his shoes

We were in the car on the way to the hospital the pain was so bad I was crying and holding onto joes hand and squeezing it tight

Jacks POV:

Me,Conor,Ana and my mum and Dad were watching a movie in the livingroom just as my phone started ringing from the kitchen

"Hello" I say

"Hi" joe said

"Hey,how are you,you okay" I say

"Yeah yeah I'm fine are with you Conor"

"Yeah why" I say

"Right hopes gone into labour and we're just about to go to the hospital" joe said

"Shit shit okay I'll tell Conor and we will leave"

"Okay see you man" joe said and I hang up

I put on my shoes and my jacket and ran into the livingroom

"Darling what's wrong" my mum asked

"Conor hopes gone into labour" I say and conor sat up

"She still has another month"

"I know,joes taking her to hospital" I say as Conor jumped up and ran out into the hall

"I'm coming with you" my mum said

My Dad and Ana followed us as me and Conor and my mum sprinted to the car

"Good luck" my dad yelled and me and Conor and my mum drove back to London

"I need to call her" Conor said grabbing his phone ,it went to voicemail the 10 times he called her

Hopes POV:

Me and joe are in the room waiting for the doctor, I'm In so much pain

"Okay miss Cunningham lets see how many centimetres you are" the doctor said

"Okay your 10 centimetres so you need to push" he said as a whole bunch of midwifes came in the room

"I can't, joe where's Conor" I say grabbing his hand

"He's on his way I promise"

"Okay push" the doctor said

I began to push but it hurt

"Where's Conor" I yell

"You can't think about that you need to push" joe said

"No not until Conor's here" I yell in pain

"Come on honey you can do this push" the midwife said

I push but I began to cry, the pain was unbelievable

"It hurts" I say breathing quickly

"I know but we're close" the doctor said

"I need Conor" I say looking at joe

"I know he's coming" joe said

Suddenly the door swung open and Conor and jack came running in

Jacks POV:

We finally pulled up at the hospital and Parked up.we followed the signs and ran to find hope

My mum said she was going to air in the waiting room so hope wasn't crowded

We ran down the corridor and we saw joe, me and Conor ran in

Hopes POV:

"Conor" I say breathlessly

He and jack ran up to me and Conor kissed my head and took my hand

"Push" the doctor said

"Breathe"

"Push"

"Breathe"

"Push"

"No I can't"I say

"Come on one more big push you can do it" the midwife said

I took a deep breath and pushed as hard as I could squeezing Conor's hand

"Ahhhhhh"

"Breathe" the doctor said as I heard the noise of a baby cry,I let out a big sigh and relaxed a little

The doctor walked over to the table to sort out the baby

"Well done beautiful" Conor said kissing my lips

"Well done" jack and Conor said giving me a hug

"That hurt so bad" I say crying and Conor wiped away my tears

"I know baby but you done it" Conor said squeezing my hand

"I'll go get mum" jack said running out the room

"I thought you weren't going to make it" I say still crying

"Here's your baby girl" the midwife said handing her to me

I cradled her in my eyes as I kissed her head

"what's her name" joe asked as the doctor and midwife left the room

"Ellie" I say and Conor smiled because he picked it

"Here" I say handing Ellie to Conor and a little tear slid down Conor's cheek

Then jack and Helen {Conor's mum} came in the room smiling

I still haven't met their parents yet,what a way to meet his mum

"Congratulations" Helen said leaning down to give me a hug

"Thank you" I say smiling

"And it's lovely to finally meet you" Helen said and I chuckled
