My oh so lovely mate gave me a short dark violet dress and black heels to wear tonight but I won't lie the man has a good fashion choice. When I wore my dress I did not put any make up nor did I even brush my hair. What dad said to go not to be elegant then someone knocked on the door..... wait then josh knocked on the......or dad did oh crap now this is all ruined

"Emma what the..... why didn't you brush you hair you look like a cave women"

" geez thanks dad"

" Emma brush now"

" fine" after brushing my hair I put some eyeliner and lip gloss what as long as I did my hair might as well do my makeup.

Knock knock

"Noooooo.....okay okay in the name of the father and the son and the holly spirit amen....."

"Emma stop praying you are not gonna die" my dad says laughing

" you do not know that if I am dead you will find a box of chocolate under my bed put it with my body I should be buried with my true love"

"You have a box of chocolate where.... you know what we will talk about this later no go"

" pray for me" I whisper as I open the door oh god is my mate a Greek god's son or what.... did I just confess that he is my mate no no no

"What took you so long a king never waits" before he looks at me a surprise evident in his eyes

" well I am sorry your highness" then it was replaced with anger

"Emma call me Josh" but I do not answer I just shrug my shoulders and walk past him

" so where are we going"

" dinner" and he appears in front of me which causes me to back up

" I wonder why I didn't shift yes" I whisper to myself but josh hears me

" I don't know you can't be a runt cause you are the daughter of an alpha so I was hoping you'd let some doctors do some test" and I panic.... I am terrified of doctors I do not know why they just creep me out

" doctors..... no thanks I think I like the idea of me not shifting"

" wait are you..... Emma are you afraid of doctors" he says teasingly

" what??? Me afraid of .... doctors hell no"

" excuse me mister are you accusing me of lying cause if so..... then you are completely right" what whom am I kidding it is visual that I am afraid of doctors and it isn't something to be ashamed of. But what surprised me was that be laughed

" oh it not it is just the way you confessed about it that is making me laugh anyway you need to take these tests and if you want your father and I will be with you"

" I will think about it" who am I kidding I won't even have the slightest thought about it I won't go to see a doctor even if my life depended on it but what shock me is that josh shock his head why how the hell am I supposed to know

Josh's POV

Hhhh she think I do not know what goes in that little head of hers but I do and I never said that I am taking her to the doc willingly did I 

Anyway now I am taking her to the restaurant that opened recently at the end of the street they say it is restaurant for lovers I hope she..... wait I am not turning soft am I . Am I !!!!!!?????

Emma's POV

Finally we arrived to a very fancy restaurant oh god I hate these kinds of restaurant I like more coffee shops or average restaurant not these but I can't break my promise so I guess I'll have to enter with him oh and my lovely mate came to open my door note the sarcasm he left as if I wasn't with him and when we were at the door he waited for me to open the door are you kidding me is he the girl or him.

" your majesty" I said threw gritted teeth

"I said to call me josh "

"Emma don't push me" so I give him a sweet (fake) smile. After we went to our table there was an awkward silence

" so what do you want to order" I ask

"Non..... I mean salmon you" oh he is trying how sweeeeeeeeee I think I am gonna vomit if I say the word

" crab " and he nods after the dinner was finally over we didn't say a word not during or after dinner shocking right. During the back home.... I mean his home he finally spoke oh the man has a tongue

" nope I am two years younger" I say sticking my tongue and he chuckles
