See right through me - Teenlock

Part 5

(John's P.O.V)

Awesome! I was going to be a detective with Sherlock! He called me 'dear' aswell! I was in such a bouncey mood for the rest of the day. I don't understand why it made me so happy, it just did. Sherlock just did.

As I sat down at my usual spot at the large table at the back of the dinning hall I noticed that Greg wasn't there.

"Where's Greg?" I asked.

"Uh, he went off with that new kid, Mycroft I think he was called." The person that responed was Anderson. His mouth was half of a half chomped sandwhich. I was suprised it didn't fall out of his mouth when he was talking. Gross.

Why would Greg go with Mycroft? They are in no way similar, I mean, Greg is the football captain and Mycroft is just like Sherlock as far as I can tell.

It did confuse me a bit but, then again there were a few things that confused me, like Sherlock.

That was all I could think of! Sherlock! Sherlock! Sherlock! I was going mad. Wait no, I liked Sherlock. I like liked Sherlock!

I fancied the selfish, vain and bloody brilliant Sherlock Holmes.

With that clear in my head I decided to try and find Greg and Mycroft.

It didn't take me long to find them. Mycroft was leaning against a large tree on the edge of the football field right next to Greg who had a football under his arm.

I ran down the grassy bank towards the pair.

"Hi you two!" The sun was shinning bright today. It was strange to have such warm weather in late September but it was nice to still be able to use the pitch during break.

"Hi, John!" Greg waved at me, shading his eyes with his other hand.

"What are you up to?" I asked, perhaps a bit more curiously than intended.

"Stuff." Mycroft interupted.

"Oh..." I looked as Gred who just shrugged. Oh well.

"May I speak with you for a brief momment John?" The eldest Homles brother asked.

"Sure." I said.

He walked me to the shade of another large tree a few feet away from the match currently taking place on the field behind us.

"Don't get close too Sherlock. He can be dangerous John. He isn't one to make friends, although you may think this makes you special, it doesn't. He can act very well and I wouldn't put it past him to use you as a tool for one of his cases." His brows furrowed and his eyes narrowed. He was acctaly scaring me. All I could do was nod in responce to what the taller boy infront of my had just said.

He began to walk away, almost looking pleased with himself. He may be Sherlock's brother but he obviously doesn't see Sherlock the way I see him.  What a prick.
