Cuando un país tiene un incidente mayor (ej: incendio forestal, terremoto, ataques, rebeliones, etc.) reciben una visión en la que sus alrededores cambian al lugar en peligro con mucho detalle, y luego de la visión les llega el dolor. Así es como saben exactamente dónde está el problema si es que están de viaje en otro lado.

When a nation has a major incident in their country (ex: wildfire, earthquake, attacks, riots, etc) they get a vision where their surroundings change into the place in danger in clear details, and then after said vision the pain arrives. That's how they know exactly where the problem is if they're in another country.
