Saturday 14th January 2017:
That morning, when Osoro woke up, she found her arms wrapped around Oka's body. She smiled softly, realising her new girlfriend was still fast asleep. She looked around the room, which was faintly lit up by the sunlight coming in from the window. She could see Budo still sleeping on the floor, and the kitten playing with Budo's hair. She tried to sit up, but Oka snuggled closer to her. She sighed softly, and held her tighter. She closed her eyes and tried to fall asleep again until she heard a knock at the door.
Osoro sighed angrily and opened the door. Standing behind it was Shin. He was clearly intimidated by Osoro.
"The fuck do you want?" She growled angrily. Shin stepped back a little. He was surprised to see Osoro at Oka's house.
"Is Oka there?" He asked, trying not to sound as intimidated as he was inside. She stared at him coldly for a second before shaking her head.
"She's asleep right now." Osoro said coldly, going to shut the door before he stepped in the way.
"Can't you just wake her up?" He asked, trying his hardest to sound confident. Osoro laughed a little.
"No. I can't just wake her up." Osoro snapped. Before either of them could say another word, Budo came down the stairs and to the door.
"Who's there?" He asked Osoro, before he could see Shin.
"Don't worry, he was just leaving." Osoro said, pushing him out of the house. She closed the door, but not fully. "I'll let her know you stopped by." She growled, shutting the door on him.About an hour later, all 3 of them were sat in the front room. Budo and Osoro were on the sofa watching TV while Oka sat on the floor playing with the kitten.
"Have you named it yet?" Budo asked as he watched her playing with the kitty. She shook her head softly.
"Is it just me or does the kitten look like a fluffy, cooked to fuck chicken nugget?" Osoro asked. Oka giggled a little as Budo groaned.
"It's just you." Budo groaned, lightly tapping Osoro's leg with his foot. She retaliated by lightly slapping him in the face.
"I was thinking Shadow." She eventually said, cuddling the kitten. Budo nodded his head in agreement.
"That's cute, but I'm still calling it burnt chicken nugget, Nugget for short." Osoro joked, reaching down to pet the kitten.
"So what are we doing for breakfast?" Budo asked, feeling his stomach rumble.
"What about chicken nuggets?" Oka giggled, standing up and sitting on Osoro's lap. Osoro sighed and wrapped her arms around Oka's waist.
"If I didn't love you I'd punch you." Osoro groaned as Oka giggled again.
"I know." Oka giggled, resting on Osoro's chest.
"Why don't we go out for breakfast? My treat." Osoro said. Budo and Oka nodded their heads in agreement. They sat in a diner waiting for their breakfasts making light conversation. None of them noticed they were being watched by Ayano, especially Oka. Ayano was intent on getting blood.
"Hey Oka." She looked up and saw Taro standing by the table. She smiled softly at him.
"Hey Taro." She smiled, not noticing Osoro and Budo's annoyed faces.
"Have you had any more of those notes?" He asked, sitting down at the spare seat at the table without permission. Osoro nearly spat out her drink as soon as he mentioned the notes.
"You told him?" Osoro asked, staring at Oka. She frowned sadly and looked down at the table.
"Was I not supposed to?" She asked. Osoro sighed and put an arm around Oka.
"Whatever." She mumbled angrily. She then turned her attention to Taro, who was watching them both a little confused. "It doesn't matter about the notes. Me and Budo can deal with the sender of the notes." She said coldly. Budo nodded his head in agreement. By that point, Ayano had heard enough. She left the diner with an internal evil grin. Oka had seen every note, and was scared. That put Ayano in a good mood. She loved seeing her rivals fear for their life. She didn't know that Oka was in a relationship with Osoro and Budo, and had left the diner before she could find out from them.
"Yeah. We can protect our girl." He said, putting his arm around Oka. She blushed a little, smiling happily.
"They both confessed their love to me yesterday and I couldn't choose, so I'm dating both of them." Oka explained when she saw Taro's confused face. He smiled and nodded his head.
"That's so nice. I'm happy for you Oka." He smiled as their food started to arrive at their table. That afternoon, Budo, Oka and Osoro headed to Budo's house. Budo and Oka's project was due Monday, and it wasn't even finished. Osoro had decided to hang around them while they worked.
"I'm really bored." Osoro complained, leaning back on Budo's bed. He sighed and looked at her while Oka continued to write.
"You don't have to stay, you know." Budo groaned, rolling his eyes. He kinda hoped Osoro would leave, so he could spend time alone with Oka.
"Oh, I know. I want to stay." She insisted. He inwardly groaned, making sure Oka didn't hear it. They continued to work on their project until it was finished. By the time they were done, the sky had turned a pitch black, but was filled with stars. "I think it's time to go. I'll walk you Oka." Osoro said, standing up from the bed.
"Ok. I'll see you both tomorrow." He said, secretly sad that they had to go home. He wished they could stay the night, but didn't really want to ask.
"Bye Budo." Oka said sweetly, kissing his forehead and making him blush. Osoro was secretly jealous, but didn't let it show.
"Bye fuckboy." Osoro grinned, taking Oka's hand and leaving Budo's house."Look up." Osoro instructed, looking up at the sky. Oka did the same. "Reminds me of the first day we spoke to each other, that time I walked you home after dealing with that drunk asshole." She continued, holding Oka's hand.
"Wonder what happened to him." Oka said softly. Osoro nodded her head. They continued walking for a little while until Osoro noticed Oka was shaking slightly.
"Oka what's wrong?" Osoro asked, stopping suddenly. Oka looked around her before she spoke.
"We're being followed." She murmured quietly. She was right. They were being followed by Ayano, who was hiding from both of their visions.
"Where." Osoro immediately became defensive over Oka, looking around. "I don't see anyone." She muttered, looking back at Oka. She sighed, looking around herself again.
"I'm sorry. You probably don't believe me, right?" She said sadly, tears pricking her eyes. She was absolutely petrified.
"No, I believe you Oka." Osoro insisted. She wrapped her arms around her shaking girlfriend. "Lucky for them I can't see 'em, I'd probably put them in a coma." She let her go, looking around them again.Osoro lay on her bed, about to fall asleep. Her eyes started to close when she received a text on her phone. She rolled her eyes and read the message.
Oka 🖤: Can u come over please?
She immediately got out of bed and put on her shoes, not caring that she was still in her pyjamas. She sprinted out of the door to Oka's house. She was concerned immediately for Oka's safety as soon as she read the text.As soon as Oka opened the door to let Osoro in, it was evident she'd been crying. Her face was pale and body was shaking. Osoro didn't say anything to her, instead picking her up bridal style and carrying her into her bedroom.
"Let me guess, another note?" Osoro asked, sitting down on the bed and holding Oka on her lap. She nodded her head, putting her arms around Osoro. She sighed softly and stroked her hair comfortingly. "Where is it?" She asked. Oka pointed a shaky hand at the desk. Osoro nodded and gently moved Oka from her lap to the bed. She stood up and took the note from the bed, reading it to herself.
Oka.
You can't run from me forever. As soon as you're alone, you're dead. Your death will be slow and painful. If you don't want this to happen, end your own life. There is no way you'll live until the end of the month, whether I kill you or you kill yourself. I'll dance on your grave you pathetic excuse of existence. Die!
"What a bitch." She muttered under her breath, looking at Oka. She was laying on her side with her knees up to her chest. She was shaking. "Listen to me, Oka." She said softly, sitting at the end of the bed. "I refuse to let anyone put a scratch on you. I'm going to find out whoever is sending you these notes and beat the living shit out of them, ok?" Oka sighed and looked at Osoro. She sighed and nodded her head.
"Thank you." She managed to choke out, her voice barely above a whisper. The crying was evident in her voice. Osoro laid down beside her and wrapped her arms around Oka.
"I'll protect you, forever."
