You both walked into the Starbucks to get some coffee before your shift would start. You walked up to the counter. "A short Hazelnut Macchiato with extra foam" you told the cashier. You took out the your money to pay for your drink.

"The Pumpkin Spice Latte is pretty good too" a male voice said. You looked over and Colin Kaepernick was standing right next to you. Your jaw almost dropped. "Oh, really?" He nodded. "I'll have to try it." I'm talking to Colin fucking Kaepernick. "Maybe we could meet up here sometimes?" The male worker handed you the coffee.

"I would love to" you answered. You two exchanged numbers. "If we're late again our boss is going to give us hell. I better go" "Wait, I didn't get your name" he informed. "(Y/W/N)" you told him. -4 Months Later-

 You ran as fast as your legs could carry you through the park. Someone caught you from behind and lifted you into the air, you shrieked."Gotcha" Colin grinned. He held you close to him. "Let go of me!" you laughed. "Not until I get my kiss." You gave him a quick, peck on the lips. "Now put me down!" "Alright, alright."

He placed you softly on the ground. "Happy?" "Very" You both walked back to the picnic you had set out, and collapsed on the blanket. You snuggled out up to Colin, he put an a protective arm around you. The sun began to set leaving the sky a mixture of purple, pink and tinge of orange. "Four months ago, I would have never believed this would happen to me" you breathed.

"Why not?" "Because, I'm just me...and you're a famous football player" "So?" You sat up. "Stuff like this doesn't happen to people like me..it was so hard to believe" "Well believe it, I love you, (Y/N), and I'm not going anywhere for a long time."
