My mind is entering a state of constant rewind
For a missing piece in the past, i'm trying to find
Maybe its what we need for our hearts to bind
At first, you couldn't look me in the eye
Got me wondering and kept asking why
It was all about you being so shy
Remember the day you were in red and brown
The day where all you needed is a crystal crown
And to the view of you, i was about to drown
The day you mentioned your long blond hair
Calling you stupid rapunzel was someth to dare
Giving me that stare as a wolf outta his lair
Once we've made an outstanding deal
I write you this and you draw your art that made me feel
Exchanging them under the heavy rain, so exciting yet so freaking real
We lost ourselves in dem Child plays
Reviving childhood memories in wild ways
Surely i will never forget the old beautiful days
We only needed a day to relieve our souls
Just one day, to stand tall and repair our spirits holes
Against the ghost of our pasts, we've built our protective walls
It was that long stay facing the infinite sea
Outta our burdens, we've set ourselves free
Pinky promise to let it go all and never flee
That day where my face got splattered with a cake
Washing the rest of it as if i'm processing a wide awake
And a smily clock! the best birthday gift i could ever take
Always checking the clock and looking for a match
Missing the right timing, feels like getting a scratch
But you've caught it for me, as if you covered it with a patch
We knew each in a short time, yet so deep
Coming along made my life take a leap
But, a precious jewerly like you, i never knew how to keep
