Jessica's POV
I wake up to the sound of sirens, mixed with other cars, birds singing and the soft snores coming from Simon. "Urgh..." I groan as I carefully roll of him before sitting up. I rub my eyes and stretch before checking the time on my phone. "Shit... 7PM. Really?" I mutter quietly.
I look over at Simon to see him peacefully asleep, without a care in the world. A smile presents itself onto my face. "Cute." I whisper to myself.
I quietly get of the bed and make my way over to my closet where I grab some fresh, clean clothes. I then grab a bag and shove everything in. I grab my school bag and shove all my school books, assignments and my gym kit in it as best as I can.
I look back over at Simon to see he's still happily asleep. I quietly walk over to my bedside table and grab everything I need - headphones, phone, purse, etc. I then quietly walk back over to my bags and shove everything - apart from my headphone and phone - into the bags. Once happy that I've got everything, I quietly place the bags near my bedroom door.

Soft groans can be heard from my bed. I turn around on my chair to see Simon waking up. I let him wake up naturally as I didn't want to disturb him. "Jessica?" He mutters as he sits up and rubs his eyes. "Over here, sleeping beauty." I giggle. He turns to look at me. "What time is it?" He asks as he stands up. "Coming up for 20 past 7." I state. "Shit, really?" He asks in his husky 'I've just woken up' voice. "Mhm." I hum in response. "Well, we better get going, haven't we." He chuckles. "Indeed." I smile. "Packed everything?" He asks. "Yep." I say as I point to my bags near my bedroom door. "Well, lets go then." He smiles. I smile back as I stand up.
I grab my school bag while he grabs my other bag, which is full of clothes and other things. We then walk out my room and quickly down the stairs to the front door. I grab my keys and swiftly open the door, allowing him to walk out first. I walk out shortly after him and lock the door behind us. We then quickly walk over to his car, which he's unlocked by now.
He opens the back of the car and throws my bag inside. He takes my school bag from me and throws that into the back as well. Meanwhile, I climb into the passengers seat and swiftly buckle myself in. Shortly after, he climbs into the drivers seat and buckles himself in before putting on his glasses. "Ready?" He asks as he starts the ignition. "Ready." I smile at him. He smiles back before pulling out the driveway, onto the main road.
We then head off to his place.

"This is strange..." I mumble as I look out the window. "What?" He asks. "There's no traffic." I state in confusion. "So?" He questions with a small chuckle. "Usually, there's traffic." I state. "It is late, you know?" He says like I don't know. "Babe, it's only coming up for 8." I say, looking at the time on my phone. "Well... Then I don't know." He says, sighing in the middle. "I just... Don't like it." I huff. "Babe, it's fine. What's the worse that can happen?" He asks rhetorically.
Never speak to soon...
