If you catch Karkat of guard or pinch him, or even just startle him, He will make a "SKREE" sound and very subtle clicking noises.
This also happens if you overwhelm him during sex, and its very embarrassing for him because out of terror and embarressment, he ends up kicking off his partner, running away, naked, afraid, and "Skreeing"
