you put your phone in your pocket and continued to walk downtown.
The warm air felt nice against your face for some reason.
Walking was quite tiring, so you decided to head to Jenna and Tylers place.

when you got there, you knocked on the door, shaking slightly from your anxiety.
"Y/N!" Jenna yelled.
"JOSH SHES HERE" Tyler yelled.

Jenna pulls you inside and shut the door.
Not too long after, you see Tyler and the yellow haired boy you love walk into the living room.
Poor Josh was a mess. His eyes were red and puffy from crying, you assumed. He was shaking a little bit too. As soon as his eyes met yours, he ran up to you and engulfed you in a warm hug. You scoffed and backed up.
"Y/n..." Josh spoke in a quiet voice
"Joshua..." You said back.
"Im really sorr---"
"Stop." You said.
"I understand if you don't want to be with me anym-"
"JOSH" you yelled "I SAID STOP."
Josh looked hurt, but he also looked guilty and his eyes were full of regret.
You couldn't pretend to be mad anymore. You ran up to him and smashed your lips against his. He kissed back, surprised.
You felt him smile into the kiss as he wrapped his arms around you. You two could've kissed for longer but then remembered Tyler and Jenna were in the room.
"Sorry." You and Josh said in unison.
"OTP" Jenna yelled.
"blech, more like PDA." Tyler yelled, laughing.

You and Josh were cuddled up on the couch under blankets watching movies.
"Hey, Josh?"

"You could've had any girl, but you chose me? why?"
"well, you're honestly the most gorgeous girl i've ever met. not to mention you still love me when i fuck up big time, and youre really funny. I could go on but i think you get the point." Josh says.
"I do." you say, smiling.
