Just before Frank turned nineteen, his mother decided they should move from New Jersey, to Italy. He didn't mind that they were moving, since he wasn't leaving anything behind. He had no friends, and he wasn't close to anyone either, so he couldn't care less.
After they board the boat, Frank's tendency of mishaps soon find him and he ends up getting on the bad side of most of the people on the boat, including the captain. But it also brings him some attention from a strange, dark haired man who everyone else seems to stay away from
