The Truth

Your POV

"I'm the one who will kill my brother."
Those words shocked me! I just stood there wide eyed.
"Touka.....you don-." I was cut off.
"No! I have to do this."
I dropped Ayato from my grip, and moved out the way.

Touka's POV

[Y/N] dropped Ayato and stepped aside with her head down.
"So you wanna rematch sis?" Ayato asked with a smirk on his face.
"I don't wanna talk. Let's just fight."
I sprinted at him, but he moved out the way quickly. He snuck up from behind me and put me in a choke hold. I struggled to get free as my breathing was cut off. I released my kagune pushing him off of me. I fell to my knees gasping for air.
"Touka!" I heard [Y/N] scream.
"I'm fine. Stay out of this!"
I felt Ayato behind me so I shot darts at him. He dodged them which gave me time to get up and turn around. He released his kagune and did the same thing. I dodged them, of course.
After I dodged him I tried to counter attack with a punch. Just before my hand made contact with his jaw he grabbed my arm. He flipped me over still holding my arm. He put his foot on my chest and pushed his heel down. I winced at the pain. His heel dug into my ribs.
"Pathetic. How could u let someone who's been beaten up defeat you." He mocked. I tried to get free from his foot, but all he did was push down harder. Eventually I came up with an idea. I bit into his leg. He jerked his leg back and I took the chance to slip out. As soon as I got up I round house kick him in his leg. He fell down with a thud. I got on top of him to hold him down. Before I could release my kagune he released his. He then shot darts at me. I had to dodge them, and the only way to do that was to get off of him. So I had to do that but I didn't dodge in enough time. A few of them hit me in my leg. I fell down to the floor. I got up shaky. The darts disappeared from my leg.
"Touka you can't go on. Just.........stop!" Kaneki told me concerned.
"I can't I have to it's my responsibility!" I said back.
"You don't have to this."
"I can't just let him free. He might do something worse!" I said yelling. I ran up the Ayato and tried to punch him in the face, but he grabbed my fist. His grip was so tight that I couldn't get free. He lifted his leg and sent a powerful kick to my stomach. A grunt escaped my mouth. He let go of my hand and I fell to the floor grasping my stomach. I tried to get up, but I couldn't. I was beat up too many times today that my body refused to move. I got frustrated at myself. I balled my hands into a fist and hit the floor. Tears streamed down my cheeks. At that moment I heard shards ripping through the air. My eyes widened then tightly closed waiting for the pain and my death, but nothing came. I open my eyes and look up. I see a figure standing in front of me. As my vision cleared, I see that it's. [Y/N] with he kagune drawn blocking the darts.

Your POV

Seeing Ayato beating Touka up made me mad. It made me even madder that she kept going on. She didn't have enough energy. I didnt understand why she insisted on fighting more. Touka ran to Ayato trying to punch him, but she wasn't quick enough. Ayato grabbed her fist not letting her go. He then kicked her in the stomach. My jaw clinched seeing this. I saw droplets of water escape from Touka's eyes. Then I saw him release his kagune. I knew what was going to happen next, and I didn't want to see it. I tightened my hands into a fist. I jumped in front of the attack blocking the darts from hitting Touka with my kagune.
"Kaneki." I called to him
"Yes?" He asked.
"Take Touka away. She's done fighting."
He nodded his head, picked up Touka, and carried her to the further end of the room.
"Oh so you wanna fight also?" Ayato asked amused.
I turned around slowly. My face had a look of blood lust on it.
"Don't be so cocky." I said bluntly.
Ayato quickly through a punch at me. I dodged it and counter attacked with a kick to his ribs. He grunted and jumped back.
"Your tougher than I thought." He said with a smirk on his face.
I just glared at him. I ran up to him. As I came closer he shot darts at me. I dodged them as I ran. I soon reached him and hit him with my kagune causing him to fall to the ground. I then jumped on top of him with my hands wrapped around his throat. I pushed down so he couldn't lift his head when he tried to.
"And now, it's time for you to die." I said getting my kagune ready. I drove one of the 'tails' through the air, but just before it could make contact with him he yelled something out causing me to stop.
"Wait! If you kill me now I can't tell you the truth!" He yelled.
"What do you mean by the truth?" I asked narrowing my eyes at him.
"Don't fall for it [Y/N] it might be a trap." Kaneki told me.
"I want to hear this out." I retorted. "Speak." I commanded.
"You've been living your life in a lie." He came out.
"Go on." I said.
"You've always been a ghoul. The stuff that was in the syringe that Yamori had made your ghoul side came back."
My eyes widen at this fact. So I've always been a ghoul.
At that moment everything went black.
