"D-dating? Mark where are we going?"
Mari's eyes widen as Mark grabbed her hand and pulled her out the house.
"Mark!" She yelled but Mark kept pulling her down the street.
They finally stopped in a small park. Only a few kids playing, their parents watching them from where they sat. Mari thought they had reached their destination but Mark intertwines his hand with hers. Mari's heart beating like crazy as he looked her their hands. Her small hand fitting perfectly in his large hand.
Mark had started walking again and pulled her to a secret path that only a few people knew about. When they stopped walking again they reached a part of the part with no one around. It was only Mari and Mark. A large pond that was surrounded by flowers.
"Mar-"
"Mari please don't say anything for the next five minutes." Mark said cutting off Mari before she could say anything to him.
Mari did what Mark asked her and didn't say anything. She waited for him to speak up.
"This might sound crazy but I-I like you." Mark didn't give Mari the chance to say something and kept talking. "I know it's crazy. We've only known each other for a few months. But during those few months, I fell for you."
"I also know want you went through. I know that you were hurt and you're scared to trust anyone. You're scared that you will have your heart broken again. But I promise I won't hurt. I would never hurt you. I want to protect you and make you feel safe."
"Mark.."
"I also know because of what happened to you, your uncle is very protective. He didn't introduce us to you because he was scared that we might hurt you in some kind of way. But I promise you that I will never hurt you. So please Mari give me a ch-."
Before he could finish his sentence he was cut off by Mari kissing his cheek taking by surprise.
"I like you too Mark. A lot actually, but because of what happened I'm scared to trust someone with my heart again." Mari paused for a second and looked down. Tears were starting to for at the thought of Daniel cheating on her.
"Because of what Daniel did to me it's hard for me to trust someone again. I know you would never hurt anyone EVER. You're kind to every single one of your fans, the members and your family." Mari looked up at Mark once again.
Mark placed his hand on her cheek and wiped her tears. Mari's cheeks became red making Mark laugh a little.
"I want to give you chance Mark." Mari said making Mark smile. "But I'm scared. I'm scared of getting hurt aging."
Mark nodded his head saying he understood what she meant.
"But I'll give you a chance."
"Really?" Mark asked with a huge smile on his face.
Mari smiled a little and nodded her head. "Yes, Mark. I'll give you chance. Please don't break my heart."
Mark pulled her into a hug and smile when he felt Mari's arms being wrap around his waist.
"I promise. I will protect your heart. I won't hurt you."
