Chapter 6: Julliet Lockser

Erza's POV

I am so excited! I get to spend three weeks with Jellal! We leave on Friday morning and today is Monday so we are spending 3 days in the library. I told team Natsu that me and Juvia are spending some time off, they seemed surprised and Gray suspicious. Wait until I beat his ass in! They are all aware that we are going to Akane so they (Gray, Lucy, Happy, Natsu, Wendy and Carla)took a three day job as supply teachers.

Juvia's POV

I woke up with rain tattooing itself on my window. Last night was the worst nightmare I have ever had. And it didn't help that Gray came over demanding answers. Today me, Erza and Mira will be spending time in the second-basement library trying to find a cure for my illness. I am going to bring along my mothers old diary to analyse what happens to her.

Erza and Mira were up on ladders searching for The Death Lock as I scrolled through the my mothers entries. They soon joined me with a few dusty old books.
"Hey Juvia what was it like to have a mother?" Mira asked me
"It felt safe." I answered "I don't really remember much about my childhood but I remember her in great detail"
"What was her name?" Erza asked
"Julliet" "She passed away when I was twelve almost thirteen then my father lost it and one day he went out and never came back" "He left me and my younger sister Eridine to fend for ourselves but Gajeel helped us out" I said
"Gajeel?" Mirajane asked curious
"Yes, me and Gajeel are distantly related, we bought food back to our house as Eridine was too young to use her magic, then one day we lost her" I said sadly hearing gasps come out from Mira and Erza
"Juvia we are so sorry-" "No don't be there was no way we could help her, she left us peacefully" I answered
I showed them pages of my mothers diary and told them more about my childhood. And then we found something in one of the research books. To become happier and..... Then there was no next page.
"What! To be happier and grrrrrrrrrr" Erza yelled
"Erza calm down!" I said
"BUT THE LAST PAGE IS MISSING!" She yelled
"Wait!" "I have an idea, my mother had a library in the basement of her potions lab we could go back to my hometown and go, we have a concealment spell on our old quarters" "After Akane we could visit!" I suggested
"Juvia, You. Are. A. Genius." Mira said bursting with excitement
"Wait we will need the others to protect you, what do we tell them?" Erza said
"We tell them we have been assigned a job to find a book and not tell them that I ever lived there, simple" I said
"Genius" Mira squealed
