The next day Mrs. Abby changed the formations so I was in the dances Rebecca was moved from the lead in our sassy jazz and our lyrical and she was pissed. To make matters worse I replaced her. She wasn't a led in our last dance Amber was but she moved her to the outside in the second row. She did however love to rub her and Amber relationship in my face 24/7.
Amber and I were walking in to the studio laughing at each other's stupidity
And Rebecca randomly come up and kisses Amber I heard Amber whimper and push her off
" What's wrong Amber did she do something to you . You don't need to be here you know" she snaps at me
I rolled my eyes and started walking away I went and sat down with the other dancers
We stretched and got in our formation we went through all the dances and they looked really good.
" Camron come here and do the lift in the lyrical dance with jasmine"Mrs.Abby said
"Did I do something wrong " amber asked
" No I'm training you to be professionals Jasmine has to be able to do lifts with different people and Camron needs to start lifting "Abby said
I look at Amber panicked
I trust Her lifting me but I don't even know Camron really
"Set" Abby said
I walked over to My spot and did my leap he caught me and lifted me up His hand slips out from under me and I hit the ground hard on my back I didn't hit my head but my back popped and the wind got knocked out of me
"Jasmine are you ok?" I heard Amber said her hand landed on my stomach
I didn't respond
"Fuuck" I groaned i rolled over on my side
"What hurts"Mrs. Abby asked
"My back"
Amber's hand went to my back and she rubbed it
"Take her to the trainer"Abby said
I tried not to cry because I knew Abby hated crying I learned that when Shara started crying when Abby kept yelling at her and Abby was livid.
Amber scooped me up and carried me bridal style to the trainer the second the door closed to the studio I started sobbing in pain
"Shhh Jazzy your going to be ok"She said and continued to carry me to the trainer
When we got there the trainer to Amber to lay me down on the table
"Turn over and lay on your stomach" The trainer said
I turned over with the help of amber
The trainer lifted up my shirt and out her hand on the part of my back that hurt the most a tingling sensation went through my back then the pain went away.
"does that feel better"She asked
"Yes it does thank you"
"Ok i want you to sit out for a little while with ice come back in 20 and i can loosen up the muscles in your back" she said
"Ok thank you" I say and get off of the table
Amber is quick to pick me up again and we left once we got the ice from her
