It was 5:24 I was ready for the date then all of a sudden my phone rang. It was Noah.
Millie: hey
Noah: hey Millie I need to tell you something can you come over?
Millie: oh I'm sorry Noah but I can't I'm going to on a date with Finn.. like right now
Noah: what?
Millie: Yeah
Noah: um since when were you two a thing
Millie:oh well yesterday I just asked if he wanted to go to the fair and he said yes. Was that to much I think I-
Noah: Millie
Millie: yes?
Noah: ....I like you
Millie: as..a friend?
Noah: well.. not really
Millie: oh uh.. I got to go..bye

It was exactly 5:30 I had to go meet Finn at the fair.
Finn was already there, he looked like if he'd been there for a while, kind of worried. "Hey" I waved. "Oh hey" he sighed with relief. "Um I wrote you a song" he added. "Oh Mr. Fender Mustang" I blushed. He started playing his guitar. I could feel my face getting red, because I honestly wasn't paying any attention to what Finn was singing, I just looked at him. He's so cute when he plays his guitar, he's so focused.
Noah's POV
I honestly tried to not be sad, and I tried to be happy for Millie but I was only jealous. I really like Millie and Finn is just getting in the way of that. We probably could've been dating for wasn't for him. They just met like two days ago and they're already going on a date? I don't understand. I'm also kind of mad at Millie, I have always been there for her, there was not once that I have missed one of her phone calls and one of those times were she really needed me. And I'm honestly questioning her friendship because of that one time that I really needed to tell her that, that I just need it to like tell her I couldn't hold it anymore I had to tell her personally. BUT, I had to tell her through the phone because she wasn't there that one time, that ONE TIME when I needed to tell her something she wasn't there. I honestly don't think I like her anymore. I need to do something about this. I think Maddie has Finn's number...

Maddie: yeah why?
Noah: can you just give it to me without asking questions?
Maddie: um okay what's with that tone?!
