I went to the kitchen leaving them in the living room.

I wondered a bit in the kitchen to find some food but there weren't any, I walked back to the living room.
You: guys we don't have food
Min Hi: what! I'm hungry* she stood up quickly and went to the kitchen to see if it was true, then came back*. There's no fooood!!!

You: yeah we can have pizza
All: yey! Pizza
You: hehe I'll go to the pizza place it's by my house so I'll go there.
