Congratulations!

I got inspired from Day6's "Congratulations" song. I know this song is not a new song but it's one of my favourite song so...i make a fanfic about it. Hope u enjoy😊😊

Mina's POV
Im sitting here in the couch. Waiting Chaeyoung for come home. She always come home late for a past days. I know now she's now with someone else. Someone else that i shouldn't know. I shouldn't know about her..but i did. I knew about her.
*Chaeyoung came*
"i thought you'll come home at 9. Now is 2 am."
"yeah,i know...i've got some work from my boss. So i come home late"
Come on...i know you're lying Chaeyoung. That look at that face. Even your eyes cannot look at me.
"look at me Chaeyoung. Are u telling the truth?"
She turns her eyes away and say
"yes..im telling u the truth"
"i know you're lying. Look at your collar. There's a lipstick stain on it."
I said while holding back my tears.
"How could u do this to me?!"
I said half-shouted.
She hugs me and say
"im so sorry...but im in love with her. she's my everything now and i can't lose her"
"u can't lose her but you're ready to losing me? Tsk...what an ass!"
"i know you're upset. It's all my fault. Please forgive me."
*hiks hiks*
"i'll pack and go back to my apartment tonight." she continued
I couldn't say anything. I only taste my own tears right now. I couldn't think of anything.
I know she don't love me anymore but...i love her. I love her so much! What did i do wrong?
She came out from the bed room while carrying a suitcase. She walked towards me. She kiss me for the last time. She break the kiss and hug me.
"im sorry for eveything"
She left me out. She went out. From used to be our room but now it's just my room.

Many years later

Chaeyoung's POV

Me and my girlfriend are through right now. We broke up a week ago.
We broke up at Mina's fave càfe.
~flashback~
"we don't belong together anymore. You are not the one for me. Im sorry"
She left me just like that. JUST LIKE THAT! How could she! Who do u think u are! *sigh* everyone's right. Karma does exist.

Today im here. At Mina's fave càfe. I ordered a Hazelnut Latte. It's my favourite drink of all time. I sat down. I watch the girl singing "one in a million". The meaning makes me want to cry. I remember the moment where Mina and i still a couple. We used to hangout at the mall. Picnic at the park. Make out at the back of my car. *sigh* it was just a memory. A memory that i couldn't forget. I regret everything Mina! I wish u could take me back and we will live together happily. But it was all too late...
By the time i think about Mina,she came in through the càfe door. Holding hands with a blonde girl. Smiling at each other. She never been look so happy. She noticed me. She walked to me and say
"hey Chaeyoung! How are you? This is my girlfriend."
"Hi im Momo,Hirai Momo. Im from Japan same as Mina."
I forced a smile. My heart hurts. But i couldn't do anything now. Now it's too late.
"Hi im Chaeyoung. Mina's old friend"
We shake our hands.
Momo look at her hand and say
"Wait! Where's my watch?"
"i think i left it at the restroom. I gotta get it! I'll be right back honey"
She give Mina a peck and leave.
It hurts to see that but *sigh* what can i do...
She sit down infront of me.
She cuts her hair. She looked so beatiful. And happy...
"so how long u guys have been together?" i brake up the akward silence.
"ugh...about 2 years ago. A year after we broke up"
"ohh"
"so...where's your girlfriend? Are u having a date in here?"
"no..."
"i broke up with her a week ago."
I continued while looking down
"im so sorry, i didn't know-"
"it's okay...u didn't know"
"i don't mean to be rude but why?"
"i also don't know...*sigh* she just did. She just dumped me."
"poor u! Im so sorry"
"yeah"
"btw...u look so happy with Momo"
"really?"
"yeah..your face is always red around her,you're always smilling and looked so happy"
"yeah..like the old times huh?"
"yeah.."
-akward silence-
"btw...im getting marry next month"
"really?"
"yeah..here's the invitation"
She say while handing me an envelope that says "Mina ❤ Momo"
"it's on 14th of March. Make sure u come!" she say with a smile.
I forced a smile. I maybe smiling on the outside but deep inside im crying. Im crying hard. My heart hurts. Suddenly i couldn't breath properly.
Suddenly Momo came
"i was right! My watch was at the restroom. I tought i've lost it"
"so...u wanna get some coffee?"
"yes please!" answers Momo
"well,it's nice to see u again Chaeyoung!" Mina said and smiled at me
"yeah,it's nice to see u too!"
"congratulations...on your wedding!"
"yeah,thanks Chaeyoung!"
Mina said
"well, let's get some coffee honey!"
Says Momo
"ok...let's go!"
"bye Chaeyoung!" she said while waving at me.
"bye" i replied.
