I walked out of the large school doors. Large bodies toppled over my small figue, barging roughly as they proceeded.

Today students were dismissed earlier because of the talent show. Which is actually a relief because I can get home sooner to finish chores and homework.

The perks of being a teenager.

As I swiftly advanced down the cold, cobble stairs I hadn't realised a tall physic blocking my way. I threw my head upwards as if looking up to a tower. The boy I noticed was 2 grades above me. Most students called him the 'Ladies Man', hence the number of times he got the girls.

Rumor has it he has already slept with 5 girls, not just in his life, but this year! But you couldn't resist his sweet yet manipulating smile as he wrenched you into his devious mind games. He had the classic light, blonde hair, that was always combed back in a sleek hairstyle, framing his sharp facial features. He was very tall, and obtains a bulky physic for young boy like him. He was basically the perfect looking guy! But the most attractive thing about him were his eyes. They shimmered and glistened more than any blue sea. You could get caught in heavy trance, just by glancing at them. I haven't spoken to him before, but from the things that spread like a virus in this place, he doesn't seem very pleasent

You might think that I might fancy this dashing boy. But then again, your thoughts are wrong. I'm not one of those girls, who would drool over him. I dare say he is very handsome, but my heart has always belonged to only one boy.

But one boy I couldn't have.

"I do not think we have met. I am Clyde Walker," he greeted, as he approached me. I instantly felt very uncomfortable at his some what mannerable address. "I must say, you performance was exquisite! You really do have a wonderful voice." he complemented, smirking.

You could tell by his eyes he was trying to seduce me into one of his little tricks, but I have lived long enough to know about these little mind games and I wasn't going to fall for it. "Thanks" I replied with a bored tone, staring back with a blank face. I tried to give him no satisfactory as possible.

There was a long pause and you could see in his mind he was losing his battle. He looked around awkwardly until he stepped closer to my face; his eyes looking deeply into mine. He wrapped his hands around my waist and pulled me even closer. He was so tall I had'nt even reached his shoulders! "Join me for a dinner on Friday," his husky voice rung through my eyes. He looked upon my chest, biting his lip pretending to be nervous. Ugh when is this boy ever going to learn?

"It would be fun," I started, a smile grew onto his lush lips. "But I think I have better things to do than be a toy in your little game," and bam there is it! His smug slowly faded into a glare, and he shoved me away violently. I began to walk backwards, as he stood stiffly, his face gobsmacked. "Thank you and Goodbye Clyde." I spun on my heel and began to strut down the street with a accomplished smirk plastid on my lips. If only the Pevensie's were here to see this!

"WELL, I WASN'T EVEN ASKING YOU OUT ANYWAYS! WHO WOULD?! YEAH THAT'S RIGHT YOU WALK AWAY!" I rolled my eyes, as he shrieked behind me like a little girl. I could hear him huff loudly and stomp off in frustration. I giggled as the winning feeling crept into my mind.

I walked on the sidewalk of the street, my only friend was the dark shadow shadow that followed and mimicked close behind. It's been a 1 year and a half since i've seen the Pevensie's. But when they left, letters were just not to my satisfaction. Months ticked by and the letters got shorter and less often, until there were no more letters found at my doorstep.

I had convinced Professor Kirke to attend the London Performing Arts Academy (I do not know if there was such a school in London, I just made it up), so I started my first school year, in spring last year.

So before the school year started, Ivy (one of Professor Kirke's house maids) and I moved to a little house in Brent Cross (It's a suburb just outside London. Look it up on Google maps).

Being the new girl at a new school isn't very easy, and having no friends makes it even harder. Ever since the Pevensie's left, I haven't been myself. Usually I would make friends quite easily but I have been very quiet. During break I am always reading a book under a tree by myself, or sitting in the front of the class having my head down in work. Don't get me wrong I speak with many of my peers but I don't consider them as friends. Also I somtimes have reoccurring dreams ab-

"Amelia is that you?" a familiar voice called out. I bounced quuckly back to reality, spinning around quickly to see the face I had been longing to see.

"Lucy!" I cried, running up to her and embraced her into my arms. "Haven't you grown? Nearly as tall as I am!" I laughed, pulling away. Lucy giggled. My eyes wondered to her uniform and noticed that it was St Finbar's. An all girl's school noy very far from the Academy. Huh, so close all this time.

Lucy's smile soon faded with a worried face. "Amelia, we've got to hurry. Peter's in trouble. We have to find Susan," Lucy said. I nodded and we both ran together, in search of Susan. It only took a couple of minutes before I recognized a familiar figure, but she was standing with a boy by the newspaper stands. "Susan!" Lucy called out. Susan turned around at Lucy's aid, but her eyes fell onto me.

Her eyes light up like fire. "Amelia?" Susan asked, blinking a few times to make sure she wasn't dreaming. I nodded. "Oh Amelia, I can't believe it. How much I have missed you!" she pulled me into a spine breaking hug. I laughed in amusement.

"It's wonderful to see you again. But we can catch up later. Lucy told me that Peter's in trouble," I pulled away quickly from Susan's embrace. Susan sighed in disappointment, and followed behind me. I wonder why she didn't seem so surprised when she found this out?

We ran across the road and entered the train station. Soon after Lucy led us to a crowd of students chanting and cheering 'fight!' . The three of us pushed through and we looked upon a terrifying scene.

Peter was throwing his fists at three other school boys. Peter glanced at us and gave a guilty, but surprised look. I just stared back at him, unsure what to think or do. As Peter got dragged back into the fight, a large body jostled past me and I frowned in annoyance. Just as I was about to scream at the stanger for rudely shoving passed me, I had a quick glimpse of who the figure was.

"Edmund!" I called. He obviously must of recognised my voice because instantly he halted and turned his head and his eyes widened. Edmund locked his eyes with mine. I haven't seen my love for too bloody long, and oh lord has he changed. He was so handsome! Ed gave me a regretful look before he ran into the fight, forcefully tackling a boy to the ground and threw fists upon his face. I looked down horrified, my heart beating like drums against my rib cage. But to my relief two soldiers came running over, breaking up the fight.

"Act your age!" sneered one soldiers at Peter. The crowd of students fled away but I stayed behind, and walked up to Peter.
