Believe me I am trying,
To stop myself from crying,
To stop feeling like dying,
I swear that I'm not lying,This is difficult, okay?
Just to live another day,
Trying to keep my thoughts at bay,
You just don't see things my way.I'm pouring my heart out to you,
But if only you knew,
The dark things I've been through,
You could see why my sadness grew.If only I could tell,
Talk about my time in hell,
But my voice I had to sell,
So I guess I mustn't dwell.For if they read the words I write,
It would surely start a fight,
Full of their vicious spite,
And my lack of might.So alone, I will sit,
Falling deeper in this pit,
So my wrists I will slit,
To fade away bit by bit...
