You sigh. On your first day, you had somehow "volunteered" to demonstrate to the class what to against a Grimm.Maybe you should learn to pay more attention in class instead of on a certain girl in your class.

"(y/n), Now I'll be sending this Boarbatusk. I hope you've been listening." Mr. Port said. Of course, you hadn't been listening you were too busy making eyes at little red and you weren't entirely certain in your combat ability. However, one thing was fairly certain as your eye quickly darted to the diagram and back to the cage before anyone noticed. The Boarbatusk had no Armour on its belly. Which obviously meant it had to be it's weak spot right?

You readied yourself into your usual combat stance with your twin Kama at the ready. When you see the Boarbatusk come running out of the cage. Everything is silent, everyone fades out. There is only you and the Boarbatusk.

Honestly, you're surprised by this sudden clarity. Suddenly you see your self-enveloped by an (f/c) aura. You had activated your Aura as well as possible your semblance.

You see the Boarbatusk to what you believe to be a rollout attack. However, it looks somewhat ghostly. That is until you realize that it was most likely a prediction.

You quickly see the Boarbatusk slowly catch up to the ghostly image. However, you've already though about what you were going to do.

Everything slows down to a crawl. Sure the Boarbatusk is coming at you with insane speed. However, to you, every individual spin cycle could be seen.

You launch the blades from your kamas with chains extending out of the hilt. You hear the satisfactory sound of your chains wrapping the extremely sharp tusks of the Boarbatusk.

You jump excitedly into the air. Just for you to see Ruby look in utter amazement at your skill. You give her a somewhat flirtatious wink as you flip your body in the air. Shortening your chains with such agility as the Boarbatusk comes flying over you as your blades lose their grip. Making said Boarbatusk land with it's back on the floor.

Now was your chance for the coup de grace. You plunge your blades into the Boarbatusk with such ferocity and power that you swore you cracked the floor. Everything came back into full view. Almost making you self-conscious again. However, after the massive confidence boost from unlocking your aura, you thought otherwise.

You see your entire class astonished at your performance. Even the douchebag Cardin. Not that you'd known him for long.You could just tell from his aura.

"Very well done (y/n) (l/n). You put on quite a good performance for the class. Here I was thinking you'd be a no good ruffian only here to check out the fine females of this establishment." Mr port said happily.

The bell rang to signal it was the beginning of the next class or in this case lunch. You turn your head to see Ruby slowly walking up to you. She looked rather awkward to you.

Oh god! You suddenly thought about how being a bit too flirtatious to a girl would do. Now she was probably wondering how to approach you because you probably reeked of cockiness and confidence. While the latter was a good thing the former likely not.

So you approached her rather confidently.

"Hey," You said causing you to face palm on the inside. Of all the smooth things you could have you said hey.

"That was pretty cool," Ruby said pretty excitedly.
