You screamed and started thrashing around. Your heart started to pound quickly. For the first time, you started to fear and worry for your safety. You thought, "Perhaps saving her wasn't a good idea at all." The bully traced the knife across your neck to your arm. Without a warning, he slashed your arm. Blood gushed out as the other bullies applauded him. You cradled your arm and attempted to stem the blood flow but it was a deep wound. Another bully took the knife and slashed another stroke on your arm, marking a 'X' and laughed. Then they threw the knife aside and left, laughing. You started to lose consciousness. You tried to stay awake, but couldn't. You collapsed. As your eyes started to close, you thought you saw someone running to you. But within seconds, your eyes closed.
