The day goes by fast. I'm about to leave my last period and head home. As I head out the corridor, I keep low. Even as a person who is 5'9, I still go low. I head outside to be hit by the fresh dense air. My face reacts and I put messy pixie tucked in my hoodie. As I walk down the cement sidewalk, I see a figure running on the same sidewalk. I try to avoid the figure, but befoe I know it. We both crash into each other. We both fall down. My hoodie comes off revealing my messy pixie cut. My head stings. I clear my eyes. Then, I turn to see the person I bumped into: a boy. He looked about my age and had an average hair style with a side bang also covering his right eye. When he looked up, I saw his eyes. They were stunning teal ey- wait. Did I say 'stunning'?! Glad that I didn't say that out loud. After he clean him self, we looked a each other. For a split second, we turn our heads away. I flushed like a tomato and he blushed a dust of pink. I still stayed on the ground and was casted by a shadow. I look up to see him, holding out his hand to me. "Hehe...Need help getting up?" I hesitate for a moment and get up by myself.
"No thanks, I'm fine!"
"Oh sorry for crashing into you, it must've hurt."
I hesitate again to realize how short he is. He looks almost my height, but looks 1 or 2 inches short than me. I blush again, making me red. He touches my forehead and I flinched at the slight touch. "Uh..Your face is red, are you okay? I came back to reality to realized what he said.
"Y-yeah, I'm fine must've hit my head. Hehehe..."
"Oh again, sorry for crashing into you."
"It's okay, I'll still live."
After our little apologetic talk, we both went to where we wanted to go. I, of course went home. Where will he go? I will never know.
