I will not be adding forms for gifs, icons, or banners.
Gifs are always different so they require a bit more information and a form just doesn't cover that.
And like I said in info, I rarely make icons and banners, if you want those just let me know here and we'll see if I am able to do it.
With cover sets, you can use the cover form. However before that I need to know if I'll be able to find enough resources. So please place a comment and we can chat before filling out your form.
