My eyes cracked open to the morning sunlight streaming through the viewing window. I felt London's arms around me and my back against his chest. Smiling, I snuggled back into him. We slept all night on my chase.

"Good morning babydoll. I woke up earlier so breakfast awaits in the kitchen".

"What time is it?"

London glanced at his watch.
"9:30".

I quickly sat up gasping. "Ughhh....cheese and crackers! I have to be at the wedding venue by 10:30 for hair and makeup. My dress and everything is back at my hotel room. ELa's going to kill me if I'm late".

"Don't worry babydoll. I had all you belongings sent over. Everything is where it should be"

Cupping London's face, I laid a smacking kiss to his lips. "Oh you perfect man".

Hopping up, I darted to the shower while London laughed at my frazzled rushing. Twenty minutes later I ran out with yoga sweats on accompanied with one of London's oversized sweaters and my sneakers. My wet hair was piled up into a messy bun.

As I walked into the kitchen, London greeted me with a cup of coffee. Man was he a life saver.

"Eat Laney. We are in for a long day".

I took a moment to sit down and inhale the pancakes London made. Slinging my maid of honor's dress over my shoulder I said "I gotta go now".

"My driver is waiting downstairs for you".

Placing a quick kiss on London's mouth I Said "Is there anything you haven't thought of?"

Cocking his head to the side thinking, he grinned. "Nah, I pretty much covered all the bases. Remember I'm the organized one in our relationship".

Rolling my eyes, I snorted "Okay, I'll give you that". Because it was so true. Mr. OCD. Now I've  really got to go". One more kiss and I was out the door. I hadn't even made it to the elevator when I realized I'd forgotten my heels. " Freaking fantastic". I stomoped as I headed back.

When I opened the door there stood London dangling my heels. "Thanks babe. See you in a bit". I took off speed walking to the elevator when I realized I'd forgotten my bag that contained a special gift for ELa. On the verge of a anxiety attack I screeched "unbelievablyfreakingamazing". I took off in a marathon run back to the apartment and as I turned the cornor I ran smack into a hard, bare chest. Falling backwards, I felt two strong arms wrap around my waist.
"Whao there babydoll. Calm down before you kill yourself. Here's your bag".

I looked up at London almost in tears and my breathing erratic. Yes, I'm one of those people when in a rush gets worked up into a big tizzy and cracks. Where London has this amazing ability to remain calm always. It's quite unnerving at times.

London pulled me in for a quick, tight hug, then walked me to the elevator. He clearly understands how I get and gets a kick out of it. Placing me on the elevator he placed a kiss on my nose. "If you've forgotten anything else just call me and I can bring it. Now just breath. You'll make it in time. And I love you".

My chin started to tremble as my emotions was battling. "No babydoll, don't do that. Everything's fine". London started tickling my sides to get a laugh out of me and lighten my mood. Busting out in a fit of giggles I swatted his hands away.

"Okay, I'm good now. Thank you. And I love you too".

London back away and said "I'll see you in a bit".

Sliding into the backseat of the car, I noticed a small gift wrapped box with a note and single yellow rose. Thinking back to when we first met, he'd given me a single yellow rose. I opened the gift and gasped. There was a diamond necklace with a solitary canary diamond dangling. My hand covered my mouth as tears sprang from my eyes. It was exquisite and the first piece of jewelry London had ever given me. Through my tears and shaking hands, I managed to clasp it on my neck.
