First night with two girls

"Here we go a nice warm blanket for you to cover up in" Logan says as he gave her something so she could warm up a little bit as they were going to be by the fire as the rain was falling outside of the house

The girl took the blanket and huddled in it as she was in front of the fire keeping warm and cozy as it was going

"Sparkle is asleep" Kendall says as he came from Sparkle's nursery as she was sleeping cause it was now a rain storm and the thunder went away, so she was able to sleep better then ever

"That's good the poor thing" Logan says as he was looking at Kendall after a while looking at the little girl that was by the fire

"Yeah she hates thunderstorms i hope she grows out of it as she gets older in life" Kendall says as they were going to be with the little girl as she was getting warm and as her soup was warming up in the kitchen so she can get warm as well from the rain and her clothes were in the dryer drying, and some food in her tummy

"She might and she might not" Logan says when he heard her wake up from her short slumber cause something scared her

Logan was holding her as he brought her out so she could be with daddy and papa as they were in front of the fire with the little girl who was still cold from the rain and Kendall was getting her soup so he could feed her so she had something to eat

"Sparkle that might be your big sister" Logan says to her as he held her and was rocking her in his arms to soothe her cries cause she was still upset about something what he did not know so he was going to take it in stride for now

Sparkle fell back to sleep in papa's arms and Logan put her down so he could be with the little girl that was scared out of her mind

"Okay sweetie I let it cool a bit so it is not too hot for you" Kendall says as he brings a tray into where the little girl was still in front of the fire

"I'll feed her Kendall" Logan says to Kendall as he took the tray from Kendall while Kendall cleaned up the kitchen

The little girl ate the soup slowly for Logan, and she did not want anymore after a while

"Come on sweetie a little more for me please?" Logan asks as he looks at her cause she only had a couple of bites and Logan knew she had to be starving by now

"I called the police and no one reported her missing" Kendall says as he came back to Logan 

"I want to name her Emerald" Logan says as he looks at Kendall 

"I like that name for her and she looks like an Emerald" Kendall says as he looks into her pretty eyes 

"I know doesn't see she looks an angel with those eyes" Logan says as he was trying to get her to eat some more

Kendall looks at the bruises that she had cause she had a old coat covering them up and she had a lump on her back that was visible now 

"Logan i think in the morning we should take her to get looked at" Kendall says as he was looking at her as she drank the soup 

"I think so too right now she is sleepy and wants to go to sleep" Logan says as he looks at her as she was rubbing her eyes 

"Where is she going to sleep?" Kendall asks Logan 

Logan takes Kendall to a special room he did for a little girl if they ever adopted one or one landed on their doorstep 

(Bedroom)

"Logan when did you have time to do this?" Kendall asks him since he brought the little girl in for her jammies       

"When Sparkle was asleep and she sleeps for a very long time, so i worked on it when i could" Logan says as Kendall was going to get her dressed a little bit

Kendall picked out jammies that were her size and when he was undressing her he saw bruise marks all over her body 

"Logan look at this" Kendall says when he saw all of the bruises that she had on her little body 

"I think we need to take her now cause i am worried for her now" Logan says as he saw all of her bruises she had on her little body 

"Why didn't i see these before?" Kendall asks him as he was questioning what had happen before when he brought her into the house  

"Kendall it's okay we all make mistakes, and we don't know what happened to her before she landed on our doorstep in the pouring rain soaked as can be" Logan says as he went to get Sparkle from her room so they could get going to the hospital 

"I guess the first night will have to wait until we see about her" Kendall says as he was going to carry her to the garage so they could get going and see what happened to her

"I hope she doesn't have Leukemia" Logan says as he came out with Sparkle who was still sleeping like a little angel in his arms as they left the house to go to the hospital  

"Me too I hope it is just abuse marks from her old parents" Kendall says as he was going to drive cause Emerald wanted Logan to hold her as they were heading to the hospital to see about little Emerald and why she had all of those bruise marks on her body 

"Some first night this is" Logan says as he looks at Kendall as Emerald was in a lot of pain from the bruises 

"Yes it is I thought we could get her bedded down and get up when she had a bad dream and help her back to sleep, but nope we are spending it in the hospital seeing about her, and why she is all bruise up from her head all the way down" Kendall says as they backed out of the garage to head for the hospital to see about little Emerald    

"That's okay we can have it another night after all this is over" Logan says as he was holding Emerald as she was crying her eyes out
