F is your departure frequency. After you're in the air, tower will say "Horizon 69 switch to departure." They will seldom tell you the frequency unless you ask them.
"Horizon 69 is cleared to Seattle Airport via PORTLAND ONE SID ASTORIA transition. Climb and maintain 3,500, expect FL190 10 minutes after departure. Departure frequency is 134.25."
