This is where all you Spiriwood Syndicate members are located. It is a temporary, non-haunted base to use until that Evermoon company has cleared out your main base. The base is not the biggest and is located in an extremely secretive location, so secret in fact that there are no photographs of the outside - only this one of the security room:
