matty said sadly as he confided with you about franky, there relationship had started with a lot of trouble and passion but it seemed to fade away when she wanted it to. you could tell that matty loved her and you hated the way that she had been treating him. nobody knew about the secret crush you had on matty and even though it kind of broke your heart to see him with her, you wanted to help him in any way possible.
"you just need somebody who's gonna love you for who you are with everything in them."
you told him seriously, sure that you were that person and preying that maybe, he would realise it too.
"i don't think anybody will."
he shook his head and you were suddenly filled with an anger that franky's behaviour towards him had made him insecure of himself.
"they might be right under your nose."
you stressed to him as he turned his head slightly and his sparkling eyes met yours.
