A story for every time we stand clueless against life, the words I wish I could always say to you but I know you wouldn't want me to
We've always made it, and will always do
As long as I can hear your unspoken fears and as long as you are near me
Together we'll get through every sunrise and every nightfall
We are going to fall, life is going to hit us with our worst nightmares
But we both know that's not the end, we'll always try to get the best out of everything
That's how we are, we shouldn't let anything let us down
You are more than what you think my dear, you are my backbone
The one who is always trying to do more and be more
Please never stop believing that you could, I know that you can
Don't let those fears make your precious tears fall
Cry but do it on my shoulder, scream and I'll be there to hold you
Yes, we both are humans and we shouldn't give promises that we can't keep
But know that I'll always try to be there when you need me
Take the time you need, I won't go anywhere because I know that you would do the same thing for me
