LEAH's POV

I personally went to the CCB construction firm to make a partnership proposal for our upcoming vacation house construction in Batangas. It's like a resortel I may say.

We have the finest engineers and architects available but I'll try and test Ms One of a kind on how good she is talaga.

I'm incharge of our vacation houses construction and other leisure stuff para relax relax din pag may time.

Sadly, I wasn't able to talk to Ms one of a kind. Instead her father the owner, sealed our partnership.

I'm pretty sure Ms One of a kind will manange this project.

"I'll send my daughter tomorrow to have a survey on your lot Mrs Lee. Thank you very much for trusting us." Mr. Jung said and shake my hand. As I thought.... Well, let's see about that.

"You are very welcome Mr. Jung. I have to get going first. I have tons of stuffs to do. Thank you again." I went off first.

I don't care if this project of mine will fail. As long as I get a chance to meet Ms One of a kind which my son is crazy about. Naiisip ko ang evil laugh.

Xander's POV

"Hi Cleo.. Is Xavier awake?" I texted Cleo early in the morning.

"Hindi pa e. Si Mama na nga ang tumabi sa kanya. I have to work na kasi." Reply nito. 'WORK?' at 5:30 in the morning?

"5:30 am? Work agad?" I ask in confusion.

"Kailangan kasing ma meet ko ang new client namin sa Batangas by 9 so kailangan nandon ako before 9. I have to go. I'll be driving kasi."

Without a doubt I called her.

"Cle...."

"Oh? Xander? Anong problema?" Agad naman nitong sagot.

"Bakit ang aga mo namang aalis? Batangas is just 2 hours drive."

"mahirap na matraffic sa daan nu. At saka I need to closed this deal dahil big time tong client na to."

"Cleo..."

"Sige na Xan. I need to go na. Sasabihan ko nalang si Xavier mamaya pag-uwi ko na tumawag ka. Sige."

"Ahhh.." before I could speak, pinatay na niya ang tawag.

CLEO's POV

Xander... Xander... Xander... bakit mo ba ginugulo ang isip ko?

I've reached Batangas around 8:35 am. Dumaan pa kasi ako sa Jolibee para bumili ng fries at hot choco.

Sumalubong sa akin ang isang gwapo at matipunong lalaki, parang engineer din o manager? Ewan ko bah basta pangmodel ang peg niya. In short, mamahalin, rich kid.

"Good morning.. are you Engineer Jung from CCB construction firm?" Tanong nito.

"Yes sir. And you are?" Tanong ko dito na nakangiti.

"Pierce.. pamangkin ako ng may-ari. Tita Leah sent me here to meet you. Matatagalan daw kasi siya because of I don't know basta on call ako." He chuckle and shake my hand. Ang cute niya pero I think he's younger than me.

"Shall we?" He gestured and I followed him.

"After you sir." Sabi ko na nakangiti.

"Pierce nalang para naman close." He wink and smile. Aba umiiscore ah.
