So this is basically my art book

Before I start, no, I am not depressed, but recently one of my friends was sent to a hospital to be tested and the results came out positive, so it's taken a greater meaning in my life than before. To be honest, for the longest time, a couple of years now, I always thought depression was an excuse to get away with being moody and emotional so I always kinda glared at it from a distance, but now that my friend, whom I have known for about eight years, has been diagnosed with it I've changed my veiws on it.
It's serious. Thanks to depression, it could be weeks before we see each other again. Months, even. The only way I can communicate to her is through texting, but even that is limited. Her phone calls are supervised, so it'll be a rare occurance that I get one.
So, for my entry in walkingdead_is_lyfe 's contest, I chose depression since it means so much to me now. Here's my entry:

The style is a little bit different from the one above because I actually colored this before I outlined, which made everything a little weird. The nose is also different because I was testing something, but I probably won't do it again.
