SUMMARY: Life on the Ark wasn't perfect, especially not for Melina. Her family was never rich, nor could they afford a proper education for their daughter, so they resorted to illegal activities. When Melina was 12, her parents started to sell drugs on Mecha Station. It became a family tradition and by the age of 16, Melina was selling drugs to almost anyone. That was until she accidentally sold some to the child of the chancellor, Wells Jaha. She speant two years in the Sky Box, where she made friends, got a better understanding of the "world" she lived in, and ploted for revenge against Wells Jaha. However, her idea of revenge changes once the 100 reach the ground, Wells is murdered and Melina falls in love with the Princess.
