Birth: parents were on the run from the government so they left Amelia with her grandfather
Age 5: grandfather teaches her how to read.
Age 7: starts reading grandfathers easy books and starts to develop a love for his maps of the sky and the world "before"
Age 10: grandfather gets busted for the illegal maps and books, he gets killed and Amelia has to serve time in jail. Before he died, he told Amelia about a library that he had hidden outside of the walls a long time ago.
Age 11: has now spent 1 year in jail, she is taught how to fight and survive in jail by a man that lost his daughter a long time ago.
Age 12: can take down anyone who tries to harm her, even if they are nearly twice her size.
Age 15: has now spent 5 years in jail, she has 2 years left to serve
Age 16: her new "father figure" gets killed in a jail fight. She discovers that she is able to control and see spirits in a massive fit of rage
Age 17: has spent 1 year figuring out how to control spirits. She now knows that each spirit has a different "affinity" for their powers, some have physical ones like fire, water, ice, wind, and nature whereas some have more targeted ones like electricity, senses, light, shadow, and mind. (Make an in-depth explanation of each)
Age 18: finally gets released from jail, has nowhere to go so she escapes outside of the walls to go to her grandfather's library
Age 19: scared of what she might find outside of the walls, she summoned a sense spirit and found out that there are so many more spirits outside of the walls, and that the world outside of the walls is beautiful. She becomes friends with most of them and they allow her to summon them.
Age 20: has now read every single book in the library and even wrote a book about the spirits, detailing everything about them
