Finally after what feels like a month or so i dont really diet (2 days eating healthy and on the third day i binged), i finally able to control myself again. Maybe it is because spring starts and the summer body i've always wanted have waited for me since forever jk. So this is what i eat and what i do for exercise (school edition)

Lunch : baked potato with shredded cheese bacon and smoke beef ❌ Dinner : a plate of brown rice and crabs with gravy sauce (daddy cook for us so i eat alot since its so delicious and he told me to eat alot since he cook) Exercise : 30 minutes of bicycle and 15 minutes sworkit.
I install the app called sworkit kids. Since im still consider a kid.
