You Wake Him Up

Marco:

It was the first day after spring break. The same spring break when you'd finally managed to get your driver's license. It was also the first day back to school and even though that thought nearly had you throwing up, you were excited by the fact that you finally got to drive to school for once. And even though, Marco was normally incredibly punctual, he wasn't perfect. Meaning it was normal for him to have slept in even after promising you that he wouldn't. It was however, inexcusable that he'd forced you to go through the most awkward first conversation with his father. Thankfully however, that conversation was short lived as he did eventually allow you up into his son's bedroom. Upon knocking softly and receiving no reply, you walked slowly into his room. You saw him sprawled out across his bed, his bed hair all over his face with a little drool running out do his mouth. He looked adorable. It made you almost want to leave him be. But you decided against that. It was time to go to school. And so, you softly shook his arm as an attempt to grasp his attention. And soon, his eyes fluttered open to greet yours. You smiled softly in his direction and he returned the smile with a soft yawn.

"What time is it?" He had asked tiredly. You smiled before telling him that it was seven o'clock.

"Time for school," you commented before patting his covered thigh and jumping off the bed. You told him you would leave to let him change before he called out for you. Turning around to face him, you raised your eyebrows in question. Without saying anything he sat up right before raising his hand to cup your face. He then placed a soft and chaste kiss onto your lips.

"Good morning," he said and you smiled before kissing his cheek and leaving his bedroom for him to change.
