"What time you coming home tonight?" I asked Bryson as I tucked in the kids.
"Prolly later" he said
"Why you need anything?"
"No, I just miss you thats all" I said
"I miss you too, True to Self almost finished" he said
"I know I shouldn't have left you with the kids but the sooner I finish the sooner we get this money"
"I know, my mama helping me out" I said fixing up bottles
"Plus Zoey coming over later since Eric got Zaria"
"We'll at least you're not lonely" he said
"But I want my baby" I pouted
"I know baby, but staying on the phone ain't gonna get me home anytime soon" he said
"You right, Zoey here anyways" I said
"Bye babygirl, love you" he said
"Bye Love you too" I said
"Hey Girl" she said hugging me
"Hey" I said
"Whats up with you?" she said sitting on the bar stool
"Nothing, just stressed" I said getting a pineapple out the fridge
"Whats going on?" she said
"Bryson, went to the studio after we got home then other day" I said cutting the pineapple
"I mean I don't have a problem with it because he making money but I mean I need him for a couple of days. "
"I get it" she said grabbing a cut piece of the fruit
"I mean you want him to work because you support him but you also want him here"
"Excatly" I said
"You know they replaced me on my job too"
"Girl, no" she gasped
"Yes !" I said
"But Nurse Greenleaf is my mentor she told me once before to work with her so I called her"
"What she say?" she said getting up from the bar stool
"She said I'll have a job for sure" I said
"Good" she said sitting on the couch
"Enough about me, why you so happy ?"
"I just am" she said
"My man out there making moves and everything is finally falling in place" she said
