"Are you crazy Uzumaki Naruto?!? Hinata is your wife god damn it!!!" Nagato yelled as he started throwing items at his blonde cousin.

"Ow stop it Nagato! I flew over to your house because you invited me for dinner and this is how you treat me!" Naruto shouted out as he ran around the house trying to avoid the items.

Nagato picked up a statue which ends at his waist and was about to throw it at Naruto...

"Wait Nagato that's the Gedo statue! You can't throw it! It's your parents' heirloom and too precious to be thrown at Naruto! Just look at it! Even its face is more pleasant than Naruto!" Karin tried to calm down the older Uzumaki.

Nagato frowned at Karin before glaring at Naruto as he gently set the Gedo statue down.

"Hey what was that about my face?!? Anyway phew! Thank you Kar..." Naruto didn't get to finish his sentence before he was struck with metal chains.

"The fuck Karin when did you have a weapon?!?" Naruto yowled in pain.

"I hid it in Nagato's house before you came over so I can whack you properly! Now come here!" Karin shrieked as she chased after Naruto.

Karin managed to land a few more whacks on the blonde before Jiraiya walked in, raising his voice.

"I don't know what the hell is happening but all you three brats stop it now!" his voice boomed as Naruto froze, looking at his godfather.

"Pops! Save me!" he called out in desperation but Jiraiya narrowed his eyes at his godson.

"Now everyone let's gather on the couch and we'll talk!"

All three Uzumakis nodded obediently as they did just that.

Jiraiya started shooting questions and it became clear to him that Naruto doesn't remember anything about Hinata or Shizuka other than vague memories of a woman playing on a piano which Jiraiya knows very well is Hinata...

"Naruto... Do you know who Shizuka is?" Jiraiya asked calmly as Naruto narrowed his eyes.

"Pops please. I don't want to get into another argument... Shizuka told me already there's no such contract where I have to sign myself over to..."

Jiraiya cut him off with a raised palm.

"I listened to your side of the story so do me a favour and hear me out."

The blonde sighed as he nodded his head, signalling with his hand for Jiraiya to continue.

"Shizuka was your ex fling who tricked you into signing your father's business and including yourself over to her. Her parents along with Kaguya Otsutsuki murdered yours and Sasuke's family. Your mother, who was pregnant with you, gave birth during the accident. Hence, you were born on both your parents' death anniversary. Kaguya has been after your father's business to supplement funds for her sadistic experiments for Shizuka's parents' military organisation. Now I know I have no proof of Kaguya being the mastermind but it seems suspicious when your father died only after rejecting her proposal and also after Sasuke's father who was the police commissioner, wanted to file a report against her as she was doing inhumane experiments. My job was to check whether it was approved by the governments and I'm back here to inform you, unfortunately it is since the military is solely funding for the experiments..."

Naruto shook his head as his head started to hurt but he ignored the pain.

"So what are you trying to say pops?"

"What I'm trying to say is that... Shizuka is just plain lying to you. Your previous accident might also be linked to Shizuka and the Otsutsuki... Look at it, Hinata has been getting threat messages from unknown stalkers before your accident, your house was robbed and only the music piece Minato left for you that Hinata created was stolen, then your car cameras and wedding ring went missing and the music piece in your handphone is also gone which means someone must have deleted it during the accident. It sounds like a personal vendetta to me." Jiraiya replied as Naruto frowned.

"What house getting robbed into? And what was that about Hinata ch... I mean Hinata getting harassed?"

Now it was Jiraiya's turn to frown as he turned to Nagato and Karin.

"He doesn't know?"

Nagato shook his head.

"Sasuke told all of us but Hinata said to keep it quiet since she doesn't want Naruto to worry."

Naruto glared at his cousins.

"See I told you Hinata can't be trusted! She always keeps things from me!"

"Naruto baka! She keeps things from you because she doesn't want you to worry you idiotic knucklehead! Oh my god Jiraiya sama! I can't talk to my cousin anymore! He's a dense blockhead!" Karin screamed like a banshee as she stood up.

Nagato too stood up and crossed his arms.

"Naruto, if you keep denying Hinata, we will cut off ties with you." he said firmly as Naruto's eyes widened.

"Karin, Nagato, you have the video where Shizuka barged into Naruto's apartment last year right? Show it to him." Jiraiya suggested as Karin sighed, running her fingers through her red hair.

"We changed phones so we lost the file. Even Hinata changed phone so we can't show him..."

"Wait-wait you guys are just gonna cut me off for Hinata ch... I mean Hinata?!? Why the hell is she able to manipulate all of my friends including my only living family left?!?" Naruto interrupted.

Karin's eyes narrowed to dangerous slits.

"Naruto watch your mouth! Hinata is a kind soul and doesn't deserve you! Heck she's too good for you! I'm glad she's out of your life! Nagato is being serious! I talked this over with him! If you continue to act like this and date Shizuka or anyone for that matter, we're over. Ties undone, we may share the last name but we will no longer acknowledge you!"

Naruto's mouth opened and closed like a goldfish as Nagato watched his cousin intently.

"So... What will it be... Naruto..."

Naruto gritted his teeth as he clenched his fist.

"I can't believe you guys! How can you guys be doctrinated by Hinata! You know what I don't care if you guys wanna cut off ties with me!" Naruto yelled as he walked out of Nagato's bungalow.

There was silence after Naruto banged the door on his way out...

"You're not serious are you Nagato..." Jiraiya suddenly spoke and Nagato nodded his head firmly.

"Karin and I are very serious about this Jiraiya sama... This is about Naruto's sanity... But if he still insists on rejecting Hinata then..."

"We'll just let him be... We've tried our best, now it's all up to him..." Karin finished with a whisper.
