At the Eiffel Tower

POV:Adrien

I woke up at 7:02Pm and looked around. The lights where out, so I put on my lamp. There was a note on my dresser that was clearly from Marinette.

'Hey, Alya asked if I could come over and you were asleep. I'll see you tonight XXX OOO'

I smiled at the note and put it back on my dresser.

"What do you think is wrong?" Plagg asked

I thought about it.

"Do you think she's in trouble?" I said

"No..I think she would tell you that.." Plagg groaned.

I pondered around at the question. 'I guess I'll just have to find out...'

I went down stairs and started to heat up some leftovers. I gave Natalie the week off to go see her sister in Korea, and the maids have been off since a few hours ago, so I was all alone.

"Well this seems familiar..." I sighed, as I sat down at the empty table.

After eating my food, I washed my dish and went back up stairs.

"Hey kid, could I have some cheese?" Plagg questioned.

I went over to my mini fridge and took out a hunk of cheddar cheese, and handed it to him.

"Thanks!" Plagg happily took the cheese and ate it. "Mnnn..."

    I sat down on my bed, and pulled out a picture. It was a group photo Mari's mother took. It was myself, Marinette, Alya, and Nino making silly faces at the camera. I chuckled at the looks we were all giving.

    After admiring the photo for a long time, I decided to take another quick shower.

           TIME SKIP(I'm too lazy..)

  
    I transformed and hopped out of my window, heading towards the magnificent Tower that stood in the view of my room. I landed on one building, then another, making my way towards it.

    After about, 4 minutes of jumping, I finally got to the base of the tower and saw two dangling legs on the top. I climbed up the support beams that lead to the top, and saw ladybug sitting at the edge.

"Hello ma'lady.." I said, walking over to her and sitting down.

She had something folded up in her hands, and she was whispering to herself.

"Marinette?" I questioned

She jumped and looked at me.

"Oh, hi chat... Sorry, I was thinking about some weird dream I had.." She yawned.

"What kind of dream?"

"Well, I was walking threw a feild, and came across a barn... I saw a shadow come close to me, and whispered an address... Once I said the address out loud, the figure disappeared, and this picture fell down.."

      She paused to let out another deep yawn

"In my dream, I picked up the picture, and wrote down the address on the back, and when I woke up........the picture...stayed with me...."

She handed me the folded up paper, and opened it, revealing a picture of my mother and me, sitting side by side. I remember that day.. It was my fourteenth birthday. My mother loved to get pictures of the two of us on my birthdays, it was like a tradition.

This was the last time we were able to get a picture of the two of us before she dissapeared, this and a painting that hangs on a wall in the hallway.

"T-this was in your dream?" I asked her, pulling the picture closer to my face.

"Yes...and the address is in the back..."

I turned the picture to the back, and saw.. 2134 Shin Do Rd Macau China?

"The address leads to China?" I questioned and looked up at her.

    Her eyes looked tired, even though it seems like she's slept the whole day... Her eyes were slightly closing and pressing together. Could she be...sick?!?! No... Probably not...it's something that makes her very tired...

     I waited for a few minutes for her to speak, but I think she's just dosing off.

"Do you want me to bring you home?" I asked her, standing up and reaching for her hand.

    Her eyes opened and she tiredly looked at me. She nodded and tried to stand up, failing and falling from exhaustion. I quickly caught her, and picked her up.

"I guess somebody needs more than a cat nap to keep herself up.." I chuckled and put her onto my back, using my baton to stretch us towards the bakery.

     When I got to her window, I opened it with my claw and jumped inside. Her room was dark, a little night light radiating light onto the walls. I pulled Mari off my back, and carried her to her bed, laying her down and pulling the covers of of her.

     She suddenly de transformed and Tikki fell onto her pillow.

"Here Tikki.." I whispered to the small Kawami and handed her a cookie I saw on the night stand.

"Thanks Adrien..." She sighed.

"What's wrong?" I asked her

       She shook her head.

"Just....thinking is all.." Tikki whispered and took a bite from her cookie.

    I shrugged and kissed Marinette on her forehead.

"Good night princess..." I whispered

     She moaned a 'bye' and rolled onto her side. A smirk appeared on my face, and I dashed towards the window.

     About twenty minutes of jumping later, I got to my house and de transformed.

"I'm pretty sure that's not the thing she was going to tell you...." Plagg said, eating some cheese

"Yeah..but she can tell me another time..." I sighed and layer down on my bed.

     Plagg turned of the lights and joined me on my pillow.

"Good night kid..." Plagg yawned

"Good night.." I replied, closing my eyes, and drifting into a dark abyss.
