"Happy birthday August" Miss Johnson, Kayla's mom waved next to her
I laughed a little "Thank y'all & I love you too"
"My baby getting so old" my momma said to Miss Johnson "yo' ass better turn up son, but don't burn my house down"
"I gotcha ma, but I'm gonna call you later"
"Alright baby enjoy your day" she blew me a kiss
"You too ma. Bye Miss Johnson" I waited for their replies then I hung up

I slowly got out of bed & went to brush my teeth and wash my face before I went downstairs to greet the girls.

But I just replied with a smile & nod.. I could see T cracking up on the side of my vision
"Happy birthday foo" she laughed
"Mhm yeah yeah" I waved knowing why she was laughing
"Scary ass" she coughed
"What he scared of ?" Kayla asked still smiling "you the big 1-7 you ain't got no worries"
"Facts" I said
"Facts my ass" T said as I joined them at the table "you talked to momma ?"
"Yeah she called me this morning, where Ty ?" I asked
"His boyfriend house, he said they driving to meet his family today so he'll make up your birthday with you tomorrow"
"On his birthday ?" Kayla asked
"Exactly he knew today was my birthday before his ass decided to go out and play hubby, what I look like celebrating my birthday on his birthday. I don't even know why he said that shit he know he like all the attention" I stressed
"Aug just chill it's your day today" Kayla said
"Right and Ty probably gone celebrate his birthday with his boyfriend anyway" T shrugged
