This is a VERY simple tutorial. This will not be those complicated GIF tutorials. It's just a text on a GIF from the Internet xD. I use it a lot so I thought that you guys might want to use it too.
Let's start!
1. You need an app called GIFco. Open it if you have it :)

2. Search up a GIF you want. I searched Yuri On Ice. (OMG so many GIFs of naked Victor //nosebleeds//)

3. Click on the GIF you want and press "Add custom text on GIF"

4. Type the text and adjust it.

5. Save! There's no save to gallery for some reason. So what I do is that I press "Share" and send it to myself on Messenger and download it from it there.
