Living a boring life can be, well, boring. What makes it even worse is when the things you love highlight that boredom. After I began watching NBCs Hannibal it was like a big spotlight was placed on me and made me question everything. I wanted adventure, I wanted to help other people, I wanted to be a part of that story. I loved the characters more than I previously thought possible. They became my friends and family in a world where I had nothing. I would follow Will down the rabbit hole that was his life and watch as Hannibal manipulated everyone around him in that clever way of his. My hatred for Freddie Lounds knew no bounds and I had no love for Dr. Alana Bloom. I was obsessed, but like I told myself, at least it's this and not drugs or some other substance. Every night I wished that I could join them beyond the screen, with no hope of it actually coming true. I am Jessica "Jess" Hamilton and this is my story.
