🖤 The 'Date' 🖤

After walking for a few minutes we stop And I look up to see possibly the most clichè place he could've taken me
"A fair!" I squeal with excitement And he chuckles at me
"Oh god your so clichè" I tell him inbetween giggles And he just gives me a giant cheesy grin
"Of course I am, Vic Fuentes resident Chichè expert at your service" he jokes bowing And I burst into a fit of laughter. Vic grabs my hand And buys us both tickets for the fair and practically drags me in And over to the food stall, buying me a giant cone of cotton candy (or fairy floss depending on where you're from, I'm American but raised in Australia so I alternate) And I giggle a bit
"Really cotton candy?" I ask laughing
"Oh it's about to get worse!" Vic cheers And in a instant I'm back to being dragged behind him until we get to the most romantic And clichè ride of all. The Ferris Wheel. Vic buys two tickets And drags me on
"So now that you're eating cotton candy on a Ferris Wheel with me can you please forgive me, I've been a total ass and I'm so sorry about that but I just wasn't myself recently And now I'm so much better so
I'm asking you, Kat will you please forgive me?" Vic pleads And I smile
"Well there's no point living in the past, And you did pay for all of this so yes Vic I forgive you" I tell him And he jumps up to give me a hug but the carriage starts rocking back And forth making me scream a little because even thought I've been holding it in this whole time, I'm TERRIFIED of heights. Like so scared, so when Vic makes the carriage rock I scream a little And grip on to the cage And he looks startled
"Are you ok?" He asks sounding worried
"N-No, f-fear of h-heights" I stutter out And he carefully gets up And moves over to sit next to me while making sure he didn't rock the carriage And wraps me in a tight hug
"It's ok, we'll be fine just trust me" he whispers while tracing circles on my back
"O-ok" I say quietly And ashamed of myself for ruining our fun day out with my stupid fear
"Don't feel bad, we all have fears. It's on though it's just a ride And I promise you we'll make it down safely" He whispers to me making me smile at him
"Thank you Vic, I'm having a amazing time tonight And thank you for paying, I will pay you back" I tell him but he shakes his head no
"No paying me back this is my apology" he insists And I nod
"Anyway the night is young" he says just as we get to the bottom of the stupid Ferris wheel And manage to get off alive. Miraculously. When we do Vic takes my hand And drags me over to a ride called the 'cyber party' And we hop into the tight booth structure And the ride begins slowly spinning And before you know it you're flying around the place while listening to the loud dubstep they play And Vic And I put our hands in the air And scream when they say 'scream if you want to go faster' by the end of the ride my throat feels raw And Vic And I decide we should take a break from the rides so he pulls me over to the stalls And plays a game where you throw darts at a balloon to pop it And try And get the highest number off of the numbers behind the balloon. Vic ends up getting a 197 which is a high score And gets to pick a massive toy, he picks a massive pink squirrel that's wearing cute black glasses And gives it to me
"Aww Vic it's so cute! Thank you" I say in my best kiddie voice making him chuckle And I make sure to give him a massive hug.

After loads more rides, slushies And some churros we finally decide to go back to the busses. When we get to the ATL bus I stand out the front And Vic stands in front of me. Vic slowly leans in And kisses me And I happily kiss back. After a few short seconds he pulls away
"Oh And that was a date" he says winking before walking away back to his bus And I turn And open the door to the ATL bus And see them all scurry away from the window pretending like they weren't spying on me
"Give it up guys I saw you at the window" I say And they all scramble over to me And Zack lifts me on his shoulders
"Our little girl is growing up so fast" Jack says wiping away a non existent tear And Alex puts a hand around his shoulder
"I know" he agrees And I couldn't help but shout out
"JALEX MOMENT" before jumping off Zack And running to my bed where I lie myself down And take time to think about what happened tonight. I can't wipe off the massive grin on my face as I pull my new giant Squirrel plushy closer to me And snuggle up, even being able to smell Vic's sweet scent on it. I can't believe what just happened, Vic Fuentes just took me on the best date of my life. Then he kissed me. Holy shit.
