Ch.29

   4 years later

   Steven's Pov

 "STEVEEEEEENNNN!!!" I heard Peridot yell from the temples bathroom. She has been living here for a few weeks since we wanted to......experiment with each other. I ran to the bathroom as fast as I could, tripping on a stair on the way from my room to the bathroom. "What is it Peri?" I asked knowing that this particular nickname was annoying her lately. "I told you not to call me that!" She blushed holding something behind her back. "I'm sorry, what is it anyways?" I was now curious as to what was happening.

  "You know, we have been moving forward in what you humans call a 'relationship' and we have experimented with quite a few things.." She trailed off trying to find the right words. "Yo Peridot! Come here a sec!" Amethyst called. "I'll be right back.WHAT IS IT!?" She called back heading out of the bathroom.

   Peridot's Pov

 I walked to the source of the yelling where I found Amethyst waiting at the door to her room. "Come in." She said in a semi-serious tone. Amethyst? Serious? What did I do? i walked in more nervous than usual when I'm around her, she closed the door and I saw Garnet and Pearl waiting around. "Sooooo.....?" I ask dying to hear what they had to ask of me. "Peridot, we know you and Steven have been 'active' lately and we wanted to know what your future held. I looked into your future for a quick second and before I say what I'm about to say, I wanted to know, is it true?" Garnet was fighting the battle of trying not to grin ear to ear, losing miserably. I blinked twice then ran like yellow diamond was on my tail.

  "Wait, come back!" Pearl shouted as I somehow found my way into Pearls room. I ran across the water towers until I fell though one and ended up in the basement. I had nowhere to go and before I could react, a blur of purple pined my to the ground. "Let me go!" I tried to squirm my way out but to no avail. "Is it true or not P-dot?" Amethyst demanded to know. "Fine, it's true?" I said but it came out like a question. "Peridot! How are you planning to tell Steven?!" Garnet couldn't contain her excitement.  "I was about to tell him but I was called by you clods!" I chuckled as I got up. "Don't you want to throw a party or something when you tell him? Pearl asked. I'm surprised she's okay with this. "I just wanna tell him like that, ya'know." I said as the door finally appeared. "Do whatever you think is best Peridot." Garnet said. I smiled and walked out to find Steven.

   I walked outside to see him on the beach staring out to sea. "hey Steven?" I asked as I sat down. "I really don't know how to say this and make it sound special or clever. I'm just gonna say I love you, I hope we are together for millions of years." I say hugging him. "Your making me scared Peridot, what's going on?" Steven panicked slightly. I let out a chuckle as I passed him the test I gripped in my hand. He stared for what seemed like decades, waiting for the test to show any sign of this being a prank. I started to get worried, but then that feeling went away when steven tackled me to the ground. "We're having a child?" He said on the brink of tears. I tell mine fall as I enjoyed his warm embrace.

  A/n: LAST CHAPTER! I am so sorry if it still seems like a cliffhanger, I tried my best and I believe this is the longest chapter I have made. I really appreciated all of your love and support and I will be doing other books i hope they get this much attention.
